That's what she looked like in MK9 in the top picture. I think its a pretty big change since her teeth have always been more sharp and pointed looking not to mention in her mouth. Now they look like there in her cheeks and she has a weird middle part for lips. Idk, overall I think her character model is great just the damn mouth seems weird.

Mileena's mouth is too scary!  I'd hate to be her dentist!

My favorite MK characters are Sonya, Jade, and Reptile because they wear green and I like green.  And that's all I know about Mortal Kombat!

Well ur in luck, sonya makes a return with reptile. However jade isn't making a return. She apparently is one of the few who died and is staying dead. I doubt it will last long though.

Clearly trying to make her look more appealing. Can't have a female of villanous character without also making her pretty. It's just more pandering to the male gamer. Yuk!

True but I don't think u can make Mileena pretty with her being sharp teeth and will munch on you. I know one of her fighting variations is her veil less and she uses her teeth to fight you by taking bites.

I liked Milenna's old mouth. Wasn't that the shock from MKII was when she took off her mask and revealed that mouth? The new one just seems out of place. 

I agree, I think since it's an actual part of one of her fighting variations they instead wanted it to be less freaky and scarey looking since your gonna be seeing it alot. In past installments she only revealed it in her fatalities for the most part.

Well, it does look both unitentionally and I think intentionally off. Though I don't bite (har har) the reasoning of Knight Driver of making her more appealing. If that was the case, I think they would have done that long ago.

I agree but then again game developers are strange at times and do weird things. I do believe it's because one of her fighting variations will have her munching on the foe she is against. I don't think they wanted people to be freaked out or shocked  in general because of that.

Yeah, Mileena's mouth (face in general) isn't as gawd scary as it used to be. It's not bad, just not as striking.

I agree but it is kind of sad since I do honestly prefer what it used to be. oh well. 

 On another note My dear fighting gamer friend I'm sad, Sindel might not be playable afterall in MKX :( last I checked they had the roster of 24 characters. Unless Boon is gonna have some secret ones passed that then sadly my fave won't be playable.
