In today's blog, The Original Ser discovers a trove of "lost" content!

I was going to totally do a cheap seven-word blog today, but then I discovered a ton of great formerly "lost" stuff on a thumb drive! All of this stuff was supposedly stuck on an old hard drive in my long-deceased 2006 iMac. There's a lot of content on that disk that I do need to salvage at some point, but this might just be good for now!

I don't know who I mentioned it to, but I had told one of you Pixlbits about a certain Saturn RPG with its hilarious dialogue. Behold! Gaze upon the splendor of the Magic Knight rayearth "Skank" screens and more!

And yes! That's actual text from the actual North American release of the game! I played the whole game with a camera nearby to chronicle exactly how many times the word skank was used (it was four, to my knowledge.)

I also chanced upon some choice music files that I thought were lost forever, which will be added into CHC Three. Sick stuff! Let's see what else we can find in here! Oh, here's a choice quote from Spell Caster on Sega Master System...

Amidst all of this goodness was a trove of old elements I've used for hundreds of blogs and even old 1up clubs. But here's the coup-de-grace: a drunk rant about Pizza Hut Pizza.

As an addendum though, Pizza Girls has subsequently begun to chew some seriously royal colon as well, especially when the owner identified me as "the fat guy" over the phone. Eff that guy.

Three days till we start out voyage to Boston folks. Gunna be awesome.

I'm just gonna stick with Grimaldi's, which I'm going to for my birthday this Saturday.

As an addendum, I still enjoy stuffed crust pizza, as I always did as a kid, and want some right now.

Way too priciy for what it is these days, at least up here. $27 (in 2007!) for what amounts to a medium pizza is absurd.

I wish more Jrpgs would get "crude & randy" with the dialogue. lol. Kevin Smith should direct Magic Knight Rayearth should it ever become a movie!

That was all Vic Ireland's doing. MKR s a Working designs-published game, and all of thier games have a ccertain flavor when it comes to localization (The Sega CD RPG Vay had an enemy called "skank" too.)

The revelations!

I had Pizza Girls last year some time, and I didn't like it at all. I've been ordering from Randy's Pizza for the passed while, and I've been enjoying it.

Yeah, when the owners changed, the quality dropped off significantly. It was amazing six years ago though (which is when that was filmed). I haven't had Randy's yet, but Jessy's isn't bad, and I've been odering more from KOD than I thought I would.

Also, RIP Little Jo's... they were incredible, especially thier donairs.
