 The style kind of reminds me of anime from the mid late 90's which totally rocks. I like the cel shaded graphics and the combat look rediculous.

It comes from the mind of Suda 51,so I am stoked about it as well. I have Killer 7,No More Heroes,and Lollipop Chainsaw. All are brilliant and stylish. To me he's the Tarantino of game designers.

I say he's just short of Tarantino, too much style over substance. but not enough to stop me enjoying his work.

I love cel sahded games, and I've always been a distant admirer/fan of Suda 51'a goofiness/over-the-top nature even if I haven't gotten the chance to play their games, so looks great to me.

he's hit and miss gameplay wise but he get points by trying to be different, this game has a neo noir grindhouse blend. That's neat 

This reminds me, I need to play Mad World. 

You should, it's repeatative but like that's any different from the beat'em ups of yesteryear. It's short so don't be too worried about finding the time.
