Well according to this Latinpost blurb. Last line of the article. I'm not buying it.

Yeah...I'll believe it when I see it.

They're redesigning it already? We really are making everything like phones aren't we.

The only announcement has been the same old Xbone with a 1TB drive and a headphone jack in the controller. Not really a redesign.

Ok. I do want that 1TB drive though. Good thing I've been waiting.

If they make the Xboner, I will buy it on principle.

I'll believe it when I see it. Still wouldn't convince me to get one, not even the Halo Collection, which i'm a bit eager to someday see on PC (a man can dream).

When I first started reading the article I was hoping that somehow Microsoft made the tablet play XBox One games and that was the redesign. Since I'm a little late to reading your post I'm assuming the new X-Box is the one talked about with a bigger hard drive and some minor changes to the controller, kind of like last gen when X-Box and PS3 released slim versions of their consoles.

Except that there is no Xbox One X. No Slimming, no technical changes just a bigger hard drive and a controller with a headphone jack. The controller will likely be sold separately.

If it is possible for owners to swap out the existing drive I wouldn't be surprised if they bring the proprietary 1 TB drive as a separate item at some ridiculous price like $200 because that's what they do.

Being able to stream XBone games to a Surface Pro 3 would be cool but not something I'll ever experience.
