Don't Call it a Comeback, More Like a Delayed Update Blog

So I haven't blogged like, since BaD finished. That's mostly blammed on real-life, as the university life is no roses and i've been constantly busy with lectures, works and the ocational exams. However, I would have also made a blog in the past 3 or 4 months, but the real blame is on me for being a lazy fuck that spends the rest of the time on Tumblr and Steam. Luckily, except for some MIA times, i've been actually active on this site, commenting on blogs and all that jazz. Now i'm free; I finished my first university semester, i've just taken a holiday visit to my homecity and i'm actually planning in reviving my series of First Impressions I did over BaD and also link here some interviews I think everyone should read (although I need to mention Gamergate is very related to those....).

On the gaming side, i've bought a bunch of games over Steam, some physical that I would like to show one of these days and i'm expecting more for my birthday this month. I'm also ready for the Steam Summer Sales, so expect my credit card to weep on the following days.

With all that said, I hope to blog more on my holiday and most importantly, i'm free.

Still haven't seen this movie though.

you're studying anthropology?  that must be very interesting.  I never went to college.  was never a good student.

HOw does it feel with one semester under your belt now though?

It's hard man. Lots of reading and preparations for works, group projects and exams. It's all worth it though and I hope I get good knowledge about humanity while studying anthropology or give my own grain of salt.

I commend you on staying with college. I couldn't do it after 3 years, it drove me crazy. I'm gonna go do a 2 week CNA certification in November and passed that I'm not sure. I might go and get my R.N. to further my Nursing career.

Good luck with that. I was never brave enough with medicine (both on a educational and mental level). So far, everything is going fine with my current career and I hope to keep that.

I completed college over 10 years ago.  I don't miss it.  I'm not a great student and if I don't find what I'm learning useful, it's very hard for me to focus on it.  To my surprise, I meet a lot of idiots in college and from what I've been hearing from friends, the "atmosphere" at some schools have gotten worse.  It just wasn't the mature growing experience I dreamt of in my mind.

So far I think I fit right in and i'm already used to the hectic schedule. Yeah, i've been hearing the "atmosphere" at many universities in the US and Canada are getting worse, especially those of liberal leanings. Luckily, over the Uni i'm in not a lot of bullshit like that is happening (if anything at all).

Glad to see you again man! And yeah, Uni takes it out of you. Hows the college life treating you though?

It's hard, but I feel it's worth it. I did fine enough this first semester and now that I know what to mostly expect, i'm ready for the next one.
