I've effectively replaced Steam sales with free PS+ games every month and sadly, Arkham City doesn't run on my laptop as well as it used to (likely because I have Microsoft Office 365 on here now). Speaking of which Ground Zeroes was free last month. It was a nice surprise seeing a AAA title in the mix. Even if it is a glorified demo. 

I love racing too. I think there's a deal on Project Cars on PSN, I may look into it. I don't like the unforgiving driving mechanics of Driveclub or the sparse and uninteresting courses available in the PS+ version.

that's strange that your computer could handle Arkham City at one point but now cannot.  I have the same problem with Wasteland 2.  It was working fine when it came out, but now it's almost unplayable.  

Did you play Ground Zeroes?  

I haven't played too much PRoject Cars, but it is a simulation, and might be unforgiving, I don't know.  I'll report back.  

I beat the main mission and one of the first unlockable side missions in Ground Zeroes. 

In City's case, methinks either it's because I now have the huge Microsoft Office file on my laptop or because maybe I had Windows 8 instead of 8.1 when I initially downloaded it. I have no other games on my laptop, so it isn't that.

And yeah, that makes me less excited for Project Cars. I miss Burnout and Need For Speed and arcade racers in general. I think that's why I like the Batmobile so much, because it fills that void a bit.

A walking sim? I think I've done a lot of that in Minecraft already. 

I totally want to play Pillars of Eternity. 

yeah, walking sims are tricky business.  

I'm probably going to play Pillars tonight.  

What, pray tell, is a walking sim?

Kind of like Journey.
