PSN+ update highlights March 19

Just a quick one this week, but a decent one nonetheless.

Today's offering for PSN + members includes The Cave for PS3 and Tekken 6 for PSP and Vita.

I've been looking forward to playing The Cave for a while now, so now that the price is right I'll get to play Double Fine's latest offering. I already have the demo downloaded but I have been waiting for the full game unlock before playing. I'm not really interested in Tekken 6. I could have picked it up at Zellers for a buck but I put it back.

Tekken 6 has horrible loading issues. On ps3 anyway. It loads after every single thing you do. I got rid of that trash. I wouldn't even say it's worth one dollar lol.

Dang I would have picked up any game for the PSP if it were a buck. I played a little bit of Tekken and I really wasn't excited about it. Since it's now available on +, I'm gonna make more of an effort to play through it. As for Cave I don't know anything about it, but since it's the freebie game I'll give it a try.

I read some good things about The Cave, if I get the chance (and my budget allows) I'll pick up the PC version.

Man, I think that it has been a great deal since I've gotten it. Definitely got my money worth after three months. Infamous 2, The Cave, Spec Ops, a bunch of fighting games, Retro City Rampage, cheap deals on other stuff, LOTR, Joe Danger, although there is a serious lack of RPGs. They'll probably fix that sooner or later. Still think that it's a good investment for games that you were on the fringe of playing.

Oh and you can play Closure!

I had Plus for almost six months. I just wasn't all that impressed with it. I'm not saying it's not a good service, it just isn't one I want to pay for.

They definitely stepped up recently to include more of my tastes, but I can see where you're coming from. Soon they may shift to include more games that you like. You never know with Sony.
