Wow that sucks about Xenoblade, it's definitely a game worth finishing. I still have my DC, 2 N64s and an original Xbox that doesn't turn off anymore. I had over 50 games for the DC but a lot of them sold on Amazon.
Wow, its August

Things that have happened since my last blog.
1. Found my self buying old consoles. Not sure what brought this all about but at the moment, I own a Nintendo 64, Playstation 2, a Wii with gamecube ports, the original Xbox and a Sega Dreamcast. The Sega Dreamcast is exciting to me since I never got a chance to play it 16 years ago. Currently I only own two games for it which are Star Wars Ep.1 Pod Racer which looks and sounds better than the N64 version. The second is Resident Evil Code Veronica which I somehow managed not to play even though it was released on the PS2 and Gamecube. The retro gaming store that I bought my Dreamcast had a limited selection so I had to turn to Amazon.com. to buy some more. Plus I was reminded of how bad the Nintendo 64 thumb stick was; the 3rd party controllers that I bought for it, are pretty much garbage. I wouldn't mind getting a Sega Saturn just for the Arcade perfect port of X-Men vs. Street Fighter.
2. Beat the Witcher 3 and Batman: Arkham Knight. Both great games, along I'm kind leaning towards the Witcher 3. Mostly because the Arkham Knight reveal wasn't "oh, what a twist" but more a "saw that coming from miles away". I played the Witcher 3 on my PC because I knew it was going to be the best version. Also Roach and the batmobile suck as modes of transportation. While I played the Arkham Knight on the PS4 because I knew it was going to be a trainwreck of a port on the PC in which it was. Still I would still like to get the PC version just because of mods, who doesn't want to play as Alfred.
3. I lost my copy of Xenoblade Chronicles for the 3DS, which I had about 70 hours of gameplay was nearly at the end. Yeah, I can't tell you how defeated I felt after that; not so sure were the bastard cartridge popped out. Not so sure if I want to restart that whole 70 hours again, I really hate how easy 3DS games can pop out of the game slot. Still, it was fun game although I felt once you got into Mechonis field; fighting with no chance of avoid them got really tedious.
Some tunes to end this blog.
Anyways, have a good week.
