My 2015 Horror Game Tour begins early!

Last year, around this time I did a weekly blog of several survival horror games, because it's my favorite time to play them. I don't have a definitive list, so you'll just have to stay tuned week by week if you're interested. I also get tired of just playing survival horror day-to-day, so I'm letting the theme be a little loose this time.

I dusted off my old Gamecube and started playing Resident Evil 0 since Capcom announced a remake in the works as well as a Remake of RE2!

So far, I've just gotten off the train, or crashed the train --and into the mansion I go!

Was thinking about doing the same, but waiting for that autumn atmosphere. I have Zombies Ate My Neighbors!, Demon's Crest, Shadowgate, and a few others in mind.

You find the game too hard or uninteresting? It's a really great well-rounded experience all around.

I just wasn't interested at the time when I downloaded it a year or so back. I'm not far enough to give an opinion like that.

Oh nice Dino Crisis. I remember trying those games (I and II) out when I first bought them, but I didn't get far into the story. Hope you go further into the game than I did.

I actually like DC2 more than 1. It's more of an action game and quite fun and sort of a deviation from the first game which is traditional survival horror. That's why I'm being loose withe genre.

I'll be reading!

I love horror games too but have a hard time playing them cause I get scared easily. Really depends on the game, some I get through okay but others are a little harder. I certainly love watching other people play them though too!

Last year I beat Limbo around Halloween time, which while not a horror game, it fits nicely in the season. Maybe i'll actually get courage and continue Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
