Yeah, sorry guys. I'vs actually been reading about what you guys have been up to and it's good to know you guys can live without me

There are 3 reasons I've decide to Blog after such long hiatus (again).

1. I've been working extra hours and have been exhausted. The reasons are for the next two points.

2. My Amiibo collection has increased

3. I am going through the Rite of Passage into truly becoming a member of the PC Master Race. I'm building a new PC Rig.

I have my army stationed above my door to protect me from monsters... shut up! They exist.

Here are the troupes so far, i'm holding out on some of the Mario regiment for now, as I need to eat sometimes.

In the spirit of game characters fighting, Megaman and Sonic had another crossover and this is the result.

A good chunk of SEGA and CAPCOM properties where mashed up together to thwart the EVIL. It was a fun romp and I recommend the eventual graphic novel called Worlds Unite.

And for the second thing.

This is the Gigabyte GTX 970 G1, a 4gb graphics card. Though I've heard it's technically 3.5gb and an inferior 500mb chunk, it really only matters if everything is on ultra settings. And the 980 was too expensive but I still got a free MGSV: TPP code so it's all good.

Anyway hear are my specs

*GTX 970 4gb

*ASUS Maximus VII Hero motherboard

*I7-4790K processor

*8gb ram

*Corsair H55 water cooler

*128gb SSD

*2tb SSHD

*Corsair VS 650W

I didn't apply for the windows 10 upgrade but other people I know have and they'll help me out, I haven't decided on getting a DVD drive, what do you guys think?

I have a pretty decent case too, the only downside is the usb female connectors to the motherboard are separate and on too many, however I ordered new usb 3.0 and audio motherboard connector with two 3.0 connect to one point.

This is going to be fun

Thanks, i'm doing okay, if I had any drive i'd be brilliantly but that's another issue.

Well, done on doing your novel. We all have a story but few of us ever have the force to pick up a pen (or hit a key), Facebook and the like has kinda trivialised a life story...

Good to hear from you Ash. Getting Windows 10 is fairly easy if you currently have Windows 8. Here's the link I've got it running on 3 laptops and my Surface Pro 3. Most stuff is available digitally but a DVD or Blu Ray drive can be handy IMO.

I'm playing Grandia II Anniversary from Steam on Windows 10 and not really having any problems.

Thanks to you i'm aware of the Grandia II release, i don't believe i've played it yet but rest assured, once i'm able!

Anyway, I may upgrade my laptop as it has win7 but I can barely function without it being usable (smartphones just don't cut it).

You can tell it was originally a Dreamcast game but most of it has been cleaned up and it's nice and bright. However cutscenes are a blurry messy and weren't touched.

Yeah, where I work our pc demos all have win10. My limited exposure to it has already confirmed it's better than 8.

This new crossover was jam-packed with silliness and action, a fun read.

Archie vs. Predator?! Awesome! I've got to get some of those Archie comics. They're doing some pretty crazy stuff with that, and I like crazy.

I've love to build a PC sometime. I can't justify the time spent to myself at the moment. I've got to get myself a real career first. Then I'll set up a basement full of computer parts and build me a Steam Powered PC/Robot that can walk and talk - "Want to play a game?"

Comics out side of the big two are doing some amazing things, creative things and yes Crazy things, It's almost a Renaissance (again).

It's not time I found you need to build a PC (or Robot) rather expense, the extra hours at work is covering the cost of my parts. Piece by Piece is good, Right now i'm waiting on my motherboard (and and audio/USB board but that'll be explained in my detail soon).

Be careful with that robot of yours, It's all fun and games, till T-800s shot purple lasers!

CONSOLE SLAVE!!

It really does take time and expense (surprisingly not a lot of effort). Like I alluded to, this is something I had been planing to do for a long time now, this is almost a bucket-list type thing for me, I don't accomplish much on my own, so this is a little more important to me than I'd like to admit.

This might last the next 2 console cycles but we'll see, this means my laptop is free

I do hope to create a PC rig once I get my own house and a job. There's only so much that my lil' o PC can handle.

Love that amiibo collection (especialy for the rare Rosalina). I've actually caved in and bought a Peach one when I went to a convention. I'm actually relaxed in collecting them, since i'm only actively looking for Link, Sonic and the female Inkling from Splatoon. After that, the sky is the limit and maybe Rosalina won't be rare.

Aside from that, you might wanna re-size the images. They are large enough to make the beginning text go behind the followers and following sidebars.
