Managed to get through last week and now I’m working through this week. Wednesdays have been insane for me since for the last couple of weeks there were 10 hour shifts I was scheduled for. It doesn’t help that we get more business now since the other store was torn down for remodeling. While we did get a few of the employees from the other store it still feels like we’re getting our asses kicked.

While work was a drag I did get a bit of a pick-me-up. I managed to get four games over the weeks: Fallout New Vegas, a bundle with Halo: Spartan Assault and Spartan Strike, and Shantae: Risky’s Revenge Director’s Cut. I already own Risky’s Revenge on my 3DS but my eyes have been on the Director’s Cut for some time, and I might be able to play later this weekend. I have been playing Spartan Assault for awhile and I like it so far. On New Vegas I’ve been trying out a few different characters but I think I’ll be going with a sniper character. Speaking of Fallout games I downloaded Fallout Shelter. I need to sparingly play it so I don’t burn out the phone.

Nothing else to say except I need to come up with a to do list for my Halloween Vacation. I have a general idea on what to play but I also want to throw in a few movies as well. Might do the Alien series since I haven’t watch those movies fully. Till next time.

I bought the director's cut of Risky's Revenge for $3 in the PS 20th anniversary sale. Great game, beat it in about 7 or so hours.

I also haven't seen the alien movies fully, but I understood the video was a reference.

I still have to beat the original DSi game on my 3DS.

Only movie I've seen start to finish was Resurrection.

I'm a big fan of the first Alien. Excellent horror film overall. I really need to see Aliens since it looks pretty damn great even if with the change from Horror to 80s action.

I got Shantae since the last Steam summer sale. I do want to start it, but I would preferably concentrate in the ones I haven't finished like Guacamelee.

I wish I picked up Shantae: Risky’s Revenge Director’s Cut while it was on sale. If I see it on sale again, I'll pick it up.

So far I haven't found any difference, though the mode I want to play has to be unlocked so I just have to work hard. But yeah, game is just as good.
