PS4 dropping to $350 standard tomorrow. Exciting! I imagine in a year it will be $300. Next gen is here, people. Do I feel stupid for buying it for $400? No, i think it was worth that. Lots of games now, and it's a nice system. But for those on the fence, it is deceasing.

It will have to get to $275 or less for me to buy one. My rule is new toys have to cost less than half a month's rent. Maybe next summer when finances are in better shape.
that would be a great price. But like Jamie says below, I bet there's a black friday sale for $300.
$350 isn't bad for the PS4. But I'm still curious as to what kind of Black Friday deals we'll get from Best Buy when the time comes.

that's a pretty good deal for that price. I admit $400 was a bit steep, but I really wanted to play Batman, and I am satisfied with the system (except for downloading stuff, which is still slow as hell)

That means it will now be $399 in Canada which it already was at one point before our buck decided to take a nosedive. Regular price is $449 right now.
Ouch. That hurts. $450 seems like a lot more than even $400. I mean, you're not missing out a lot on waiting. I think you would be happy with a Wii U though, especially with Xenoblade coming out.
Oh a Wii U would get bought before a PS4 for sure.
If it weren't for all the PS+ deals I'd be a bit upset (wasn't happy I missed the Amazon deal for the same price with more games before buying my $400 GameStop PS4 w/Last of Us Remastered as it is), but $50 is ... the price of a PS+ subscription ... so aside from Rocket League being one of my most-played games among other goodies, yeah maybe I shoulda waited. lol
I can buy it when it goes to $200 (Canadian). By then they will have enough games I could have missed on.
I wish I would have waited a couple of days because I would have picked up the GTA V Bundle last Black Friday that was the same price as the regular system only set I bought. I can't wait to see what kind of bundles are available for Black Friday this year. Hopefully folks on the fence about getting one will get a deal that's too good to pass up.
Right now, I'm waiting for a PS4 only game to pop up on my current playlist. Then I'll get it. That's nice that it's getting cheaper. Just the other week, I heard someone predicting a PS4 price drop. DIdn't expect to see it so soon though.
