Oh and I took a picture of the 2008 Batmobile in Arkham Knight's photo mode. I usually go easy on the extra stuff like filters and borders, but I decided what the hell this time. I want to take more pics and upload some of the film style ones I've done. Not that anyone cares, but Gotham in this game does photograph well, I can see why they added this feature. As it stands, I only need to perform 15 different moves in a combat free flow to platinum the game, not counting DLC trophies.
PSN Flash Sale/WB Sale

I had $100 left of graduation money, so since my thesis came in over the weekend all nice and bound, I decided to celebrate by spending $98 on PSN, cause I saw a lot on sale I wanted.
The big items were GTA V and Bloodborne, for $40 each. I've wanted GTA V for a while and Blodborne will be my introduction to From Software games, appropriately within this month of October. I probably wouldn't have bought it with non-gifted money, but I've had my eye on it since it was the best-received PS4 exclusive, coming out a day after my birthday. And if I don't like it, I'm sure I got some Sony Rewards points for buying it via the store, so not a toal loss.
Then came the indies. I jumped on a sale for Everybody's Gone to the Rapture for $8, which I had considered pre-ordering before it came out. I enjoyed Ether One as a pure-puzzle in first person kinda game, and this looks like the same style but with a presentation style I prefer. The music in the trailer is beautiful and I'm excited to discover the mysteries in the town. It's also another one that felt perfect for Halloween season, to go along with my digital copies of Resident Evil 2: Revelations (liked it a lot more than I thought it would when I played it a while back, need to get back to it) and White Night (cool B&W noir detective game in a spooky mansion I got stuck in; I'd love to move on, as it's a really cool game).
Then, Warner Bros. had its own sale, and I was looking at Mortal Kombat X for $40 or so and Injustice: Gods Among Us for around $11, but decided Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- still has plenty of 2D fighting goodness for me to enjoy and decided on the cheapest WB game I saw on sale, LEGO Marvel Superheroes for $6.06 (I remember that specific price). I rented a Star Wars LEGO game on GCN back when and played a demo of LEGO Batman 3 on PS4 and thoguht they were ok, but figured for $6.06 it was worth seeing what everyone loves so much about these games. Let the easy trophy hunting begin!
Finally, I bought a game called Race the Sun for $3.50 because it reminded me soooo much of Corneria on the original SNES Star Fox. I'm excited that Wii U gets Star Fox One soon (forget if it's still this year or delayed until next), being that Star Fox 64 is my favorite game ever (I know it's objectively not the best game ever, I'll admit a lot of it's nostalgia), but honestly? It seemed like they were throwing non-on-rails things in there again and I just want an on-rails shooter. I think in Race the Sun there's just avoiding things, not shooting (making it more like Entwined in a way), but I just prefer it when these types of games focus on the main draw. Quality-wise, I think Star Fox has had better games than Sonic as of late, but I think both are strong when they just stick to their roots.
Anyway, GO PACK GO and here are the trailers for some of the more obscure games I mentioned if you're curious. I believe the PSN Flash Sale ends tomorrow, the 19th and the WB sale ends the 20th, so you still have time to get in on these deals.
