Later today as of this blog supposedly last Nintendo Direct of this year will be live. I’m a bit excited to see actual release dates for Fire Emblem Fates but after a slow reimmersion of Pokemon I’m hoping to see a surprise trailer for a new main series Pokemon game. And with Pokken and Genei Ibun Roku ?FE taking more of my interest I’m debating, if possible, I should buy a Wii U or not. I hope that, if information will be available in the Nintendo Direct, Shantae makes it in Smash. I really like the character and this is pretty much a popular third party IP entering a game with Nintendo, SEGA, and Bandai-Namco characters.

As I have mentioned before I have been getting back into Pokemon, even beating The Delta Episode before writing this blog. The final arc too me three tries. The first time had a good start: I had Rayquaza at 1HP and under the sleep effect thanks to using Ninjask for False Swipe and Vivillon for Sleep Power (Vivillon is essentially my status sticker, inflicting Sleep, Paralysis, and Poison). Once I got to Deoxys it started to get rough. It was difficult to get Paralysis to stick on it but about halfway through I managed to get it on it. Then I had Ninjask deal damage by using Cut and False Swipe, though Deoxys made it difficult with Recover. When I had it at 1HP with only its buff move I started chucking Ultra Balls at it, with each time being close. And then it ran out of Power Points and used Struggle, taking out my Ninjask while taking recoil damage. Booted the game up again only to mess up on Rayquaza, trying to speed up the damage with a Mega Swampert. The third time I was fighting Rayquaza I actually got a critical capture on it. I took that as a sign to bust out a little something special. Went back up to space, got into a fight with Deoxys again, and chucked the Master Ball at it. Better that Pokemon and accidentally tossing it when doing some Pokedex cleanup, and it was late at night so why not.

Speaking of Pokemon I actually wrote something that isn’t a review this time. Link is at the bottom of the blog. Pretty much I go into a “business” view of something that often left me curios. Finally, last week at GoodWill I found this:

I might be booting it up Friday night. Till next time.

What about Hoopa? That's kind of the reason why McDonald's is promoting Pokemon soon.

I don't really care about that part since I never made it past gen 1. It's cool for people who want that, I'm just in it for nostalgia. Same with the announcement of Red, Blue, Yellow on 3DS since I still can't find my copy of Blue.

Yeah. I already have my eyes on a couple of other games but if the price is right.

I think I had the Sonic collection for Gamecube (or was it PS2?)  I can't remember.  But I had a lot of fun with it.  Great games.

Yeah, and I don't have to buy the classics off of Steam, unless something happens to the disc.

I've got the Xbox copy of that game. If the Advance series or Heroes didn't make me a fan, the collection definitely cemented my love for Sonic.
