Back on the Brawl days with the Pokemon trainer, I often prefered Squirtle over Charizard but now it's the contrary. It helps that on Brawl, his B special with the Rock Smash was ridiculously overpowered (and pretty much helped when doing Boss Battles).

On the 2nd Day of ChriSMASH
Hey Pixlbit, how are you? Well here's the post for ChriSMASH. On the 2nd Day of ChriSMASH, the character I'll post about...
The Blazing Fury, Charizard. Charizard has always been a favorite Pokemon of mine, Charizard might be my favorite starter Pokemon. Fun fact, Charizard was my very first holographic card and one of my first Pokemon cards that I got in my first booster pack as a kid. Still have that card too.
Anyway, Charizard use to be a Pokemon Pokemon Trainer can command and switch to and from back in Brawl. Now Charizard is by itself, it remains to be seen if it was Pokemon Trainer's Charizard. Charizard is an offensive powerhouse, he isn't fast, but Charizard may be faster than Bowser at the very least.
Charizard being a fire type Pokemon means that all of his Special B moves are fire based, well 2/4 of them. One of them gives him recoil damage which is true to the actual games. Charizard also has access to his final Smash which transforms him into Mega Charizard X, which makes Charizard more stronger, faster, and allows Charizard to fly around till it runs out. Charizard isn't hard to use, but if you don't like the tradeoff of more power for less speed, then Charizard may not be for you.
Well that's it for this post of ChriSMASH, thanks for reading and later.
