BaD #4 - when you lose your cookies...

I've been playing this nonagram game called Pixelo on Kongregate for a long time. There are multiple levels, and, once you meet certain criteria, you can unlock a daily puzzle. I'd been playing almost daily for at least a year and half, had beaucoup XP, had unlocked almost all the badges and prizes, and was happily working my way through the recently released 2015 daily puzzles puzzle pack. And then I decided to clean out my cookies because Pixlbit hasn't been running all that great on my laptop and I though that might help. I went to play yesterday's daily puzzle last evening, and remembered why I hadn't cleaned out my cookies in forever - my saved game is saved as a freaking cookie! I lost all my save progress from at least a year and a half, including my high scores, my XP and my gold. And Pixlbit isn't loading any better for me after all that. I'm going to go pour myself a shot of single malt Scotch and whimper.

If it's any consolation, I can definitely send you a code for PixlCross once we release on Steam. Not sure how it stacks up to Pixelo, but it might fill the void!

Oh, yes, please! Never too many nonogram puzzles! I can replay the puzzles, it's just annoying to have lost all that progress.

It's heading back to Nintendo right now for what is hopefully our final round of certification testing. We're hoping this reinvigorates our Steam Greenlight campaign, where we've been stranded at 50% of the way to the top 100.

If all goes well with Nintendo, I expect an early March release date in the America/Canada.

Ouch that is not good! Props to Nick for getting you a code for his game! I wonder why Pixlbit is running slow for you? Have you tried a different browser?

Losing saves sucks. I never lost a save, but I lost a game once, which is just as bad. My Xbox version of Urban Chaos: Riot Response got lost and all I could find locally was the PS2 version. So, what the heck, I 100% the game again on PS2. Actually not a bad problem come to think of t.
