BaD 2016 #06: Upgraded to Windows 10 today

I was frustrated that my USB wireless mouse wasn't working so I thought I'd bite the bullet in upgrading NSONICUS PRIME for Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. I was leery about doing it at first when I saw how slow it made my "Little One's" laptop but I don't seem to be running into those problems with my Asus 2-in-1 transformer. It boots up just as quickly, is more streamlined, better tablet to PC functionality and more power management system options. Now if it does indeed make my tablet last 8+ hours longer on battery power I'll be a happy man. So please excuse me while I finishg setting NSONICUS PRIME up with Cortana along with giving her some small tweaks and get the proper accessories to make her more of a worthwhile tablet/netbook system.

I still can't get my wireless mouse to work though....

I updated when it first came out and the main reason I like it is because it has a Start button...I had windows 8? and I had to move the mouse pointer off the top of the screen to bring up the options to shut the pc down.....I hated doing that. Now I just use the start button and the options pop up....easy!

I'm using Win 7 and don't want to upgrade. I forsee the possiblity of bricking my laptop, or just creating a lot of annoying work getting it to run. I figure I'll be getting a new laptop in a year or two anyway. Then I'll have whatever's the latest thing on that one. I guess it just comes down to time. Time I don't have to fool with it.

I much prefer 10 to 8.1. Don't really use Cortana. Half the time she just pulls up Bing anyway.

On my mini laptop I have 10 running and I like it more than 8. I wonder if there is an lcars theme for windows. The Android one is cool (I had it running on my old Nexus 7 for a little bit)
