During one of the last PSN flash sales I had picked up three fourths home because I had heard some good things about it. I downloaded it to my Vita the other day along with a handful of other games that I had picked up during the same flash sale. My wife was finishing up some work last night and I decided to boot up three fourths home... i had heard that it was a short experience.

I finished the main story in one sitting, no more than half an hour. Then this morning I worked through the epilogue. There isn't much "game" to it, but it was a nice little distraction. I really only wanted to bring this game up because it made me want to call my mother immediately after, just to hear her voice. I can't say that I can think of any gaming experience that has done that to me.

I booted up Actual Sunlight this morning after I finished three fourths home. I don't think that I have the stomach for that game right now. There was a disclaimer that popped as the game loaded that the game tackled mature subjects, such as thoughts of suicide. It just sounds to depressing for me...

I need to check out the PS Store, because I haven't heard of Three Fourths Home but after looking at some screens it seems like an interesting game. I don't know if it is something I'd play because of the length but if a game can get that kind of emotion out of you to call your mom, it might be worth checking out.

A depressing game doesn't sound like much fun...

Yeah, I think I am going to have to delete Actual Sunlight.  I put a little bit more time into it and I know it isn't for me.
