I am so stoked about this I can barely contain myself this morning. I knew it was coming after the Phantom Pain tease they did at PS4 announcement event, but still. And it's going to be on PS3 and 360! How cool is that? This is going to be epic. Kojima-san is my favorite person of the day.Okay,I'll give him the entire week. He deserves it for all he has done for us.

What I'm listening to today..........

I watched some of the live GDC event yesterday with the announcement of MGSV and there was one thing I was confused about. At one point Kojima-san said something along the lines of "Ground Zeroes and The Phanton Pain are Metal Gear Solid V." So the two games come together as a whole?

It seemed like they did in the trailer somehow, but I wasn't sure.

What did you think of the new voice for Snake!?

They're apparently 2 separate games. Although from the trailer you would think they aren't.

I have to say that the Phantom Pain footage looked like something running off a PS4/x720, even if they announced it for PS3/x360.

It'll probably go to PS4/Infinity (I think that's what they'll call the next Xbox, lol) and to the last-gen consoles as well. You're right, it looked pretty sharp in the those trailers.

I kinda liked it. It's tough to change after hearing David Hayter voice Snake for so long. But sometimes change has to happen. I think the personality of Snake will remain intact,so that's okay.

Saw the video on V4Viewtiful's blog earlier; I legitimately thought it was coming for PS4 until you said it will be on PS3/360 Surprised Looks incredible!

Digging the Riot, favorite song by them is probably "Swords and Tequila." Love them.

I liked "My Destiny" as well, though I do with the lead singer had a more powerful voice. It's a nice, melodic, and on-key voice, don't get me wrong, I just thought she could give it a bit more "oomph." Still a nice track, though, overall.

Liv really tries to be a metal queen. She is just so tiny! Can't knock it outta the park like Doro Pesch. Riot was a favorite of mine in high school. My friends did not have a clue who they were, though. The video is very impressive for MGSV,I have to admit. I could be wrong about the platform, but that's what I'm hearing right now.
