wait a sec the Vita can't play Crash Bandicoot? I thought there was a way around that! I was planning on playing those again soon.
Random shit from the last few weeks.

This is just a bunch of stuff I did but didn't blog about.
Picked up the Atelier Arland Trilogy (Vita) for $40 CAD on a PSN sale. I already had Rorona Plus for PS3 but I'll probably sell that now.
I apparently also bought Divinity Original Sin (both original and enhanced) but I do not remember doing it. I need to see how may other Steam games in my collection of 259 I do not remember buying.
I've been looking for Vita memory cards but they have become rare around these parts. There was one store where one 16 GB card had been hanging in the lockup case for months. The cardboard case was split open but I'd been watching it and seen that the card had just fallen to the bottom of the packaging and was still in there.
I went back again last week and the cardboard case was still hanging there but I could no longer see the memory card itself. I called over an employee and had him open the lockup.
Turns out there was no longer a card in there. It was just an empty case. I had him check around in case it had fallen to the bottom of the lockup but he turned up nothing.
It seems that someone had absconded with the card and left the case hanging there. Most likely an employee since they are the only ones with access to the lockup.
However this weekend while visiting my mother, we were out shopping and I came across a store with a few Vita cards hanging there. I thought about springing for the 80 dollar 32 GB but chickened out and bought a 16 GB instead. I now have 2 8 GB and 2 16 GB cards but still not nearly the capacity to store all my digital games.
As it turns out the Vita is still inexplicably unable to play various PSP and PS1 games like Valkyria Chronicles 2 or any of the Spyro and Crash Bandicoot games. WTF!
As a final note I bought a Steam controller and started checking it out today. Pretty cool device. Now I don't need the ridiculously long usb cable that my 360 controller has to play PC games.
That's it for now,
Talk soon.
