That's some kinda hot. I thought 97 including the humidity was hot here today. Can't imagine 124. Yep, that Mr. Happiness shit looks pretty creepy. I think I'll avoid it.

Good afternoon Pixlpeeps!
This latest entry is a bit late because I’ve been playing a sort of game with the weather and social media. Currently in Southern California we are in the middle of heat excessive warning because let’s face it, it’s hot as heck right now, so I’ve been taking snapchat photos throughout the day documenting the temperature.
Around 7:30am it was already hot but it was going to get worse. When I went to pick up some breakfast I checked the temperature again and now it is
Ten degree jump, still warm but I am glad I am inside enjoying some air conditioning. Fast forward to noon and another ten degree jump
Seriously questioning why we live in this area. And my last reading for now, the temperature is now at a warm
Yeah I saw the 120, I felt the 120 and I’m good. Not going outside again until the sun goes down. That was an interesting game. So what else have I played?
NBA 2K15 – PS4: I played a bunch of games this past weekend to get to the 63k in in-game currency so I can buy the Milwaukee Bucks and unlock the trophy for it. When I finally hit the 63k I went to buy the team and the current owner dropped the price to 50k. I could have saved some time but it’s whatever I unlocked the trophy, and I’m still playing with my Runnin’ Bucks.
Watchdogs – PS4: I started this game back up and for a bit I had no idea what was going on, but I quickly caught up and I think I can play a mission or two at a time. The game is enjoyable but it seems like it just lags trying to get through some parts of missions and just driving to destinations. It’s like a slower GTA but I will finish it…maybe after the 2nd one is released.
Just Cause 3 – Steam: I encountered a problem with one of the missions where I finished it, but then it took forever to load the next part. I ended up just quitting and doing the dang mission over again. It wasn’t a tough or long mission but it irks knowing that I breezed through it the first time only to do it again. At this point in my game I’m tired of just going through the usual routine of going into towns/territories and taking over so finally tackling the missions make the game much more interesting. I wish my game save let me know how much of the game I have completed.
Pulstar – Steam: Earlier this morning I bought the Neo Geo 72 Hour Bundle and after giving away the code to Metal Slug 3 (I bought it in another Humble Bundle ) I installed the games and I gave Pulstar a try. Oh this reminds me of the old SNES side scrolling shooters, and how terrible I am at them. I got to the first boss and proceeded to fly my ship into an enemy laser, a wall, and an enemy ship that protects the bad guy boss. I’m digging that I finally own Neo Geo games (I never bought the minis on PSP) because the dang consoles where so expensive when I was growing up but the games looked just like the arcade games.
NBA 2K16: Michael Jordan Edition – Steam: The game was quick in updating who won the NBA Finals as you can see from the image above. Last week I erased the My League Lakers squad because it was too slow. I ended up starting a new team and fantasy drafting a new squad and I think this team is a lot better than before
It is a better mix of veteran and young talent. I also had Derrick Rose but I traded him and San Diego State Aztec Jamal Franklin to Phoenix for Nearlings Noel, and Ray McCallum. I got a solid defensive Center and I don’t really need him to score so it works out.

In other gaming news, I fired up my Vita, and finally connected it to my laptop. I couldn’t get the WiFi sync to work so I connected it via USB, and copied over all my game saves and freed up a ton of space but I didn’t need to but it’s nice to have the open space in the even I ever add any new games. I also played a little of Wipeout 2048 (I think that’s the name) and some PSP boxing.

Alright Pixlpeeps I am off. I should eat some lunch so have a good weekend. It’s getting cooler, it’s now 123 degrees!
