I Was On A Boat!

What is up Pixlpeeps? I haven’t been around much this past week but I have a really good excuse. I was roaming around the high seas in this bad boy

I left the West Coast on last Friday, stayed in New Orleans for a couple of days being all touristy, and then from Sunday to Sunday I roamed around the Western Caribbean. The boat offered really expensive internet which was insane to purchase, but I did buy the Social Media pack where I can browse Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter (Twitter was my main source of instant news, and something to read while eating breakfast.)

I brought my laptop anyways because I was going to edit pictures, and play some games during my downtime, and I decided to pack my 3DS XL with me because I wanted to collect some Mii’s from Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel but it never left the boat and I think I forgot to either charge it or turn it on in a couple of cases. I did however collect some folks from Louisiana and Colorado (oh those connecting flights are so fun)

That’s just gross Denver.

During my time on the boat I played maybe 10 minutes of Sleeping Dogs, some of that game on 3DS that is like Grand Theft Auto but with Lego, and Disney Emoji Blitz. Other than that it was roaming around the boat, finally finding the arcade, and wondering why people are drinking at 8am boat time. I’ll post more about my trip in a bit but I do need to edit pictures for Facebook and get back into the swing of everyday life like wondering what happened to my last paycheck (its somewhere of mail I picked up from the post office, and getting back to designing cool stuff)

Alright folks I am off, I’ll come back in a day or so, read on what I missed (apparently there was an update for my phone that I am currently having a love/hate feud with) and I’ll check out  the blogs I’ve missed while being away from the World Wide Web.

That’s all for now, more later!

Cruises are a lot of fun. This is my second one and this boat was huge compared to the first one. It's interesting on sea days to just stare out to the horizon and see nothing but water.

I didn't get sick. You really can't feel the boat moving unless you're at certain sections of the ship, but the Caribbean was a little choppy so at night it felt like a small earthquake. A lot of people were wearing the little patches behind their ears and they seemed fine.

Alaska sounds like a fun cruise, and that might be my next one.

Sounds great man. Hope you had a blast! I should maybe go on a cruise one day but I don't know how much I'd actually enjoy it.

It was a lot of fun, and I can say I was never bored while on the ship. Of course I also did get lost a couple of times while on the ship. You have to give a try. Before my first trip I thought it wouldn't be fun because you're on a boat for a couple of days but Carnival does an exceptional job in promoting their activities on the ship, and if you just want to be lazy there are a ton of places to just sit, enjoy the view, read, nap, etc. Carnival is the ship that isn't too serious and seems like the most fun of all the cruise lines.

Darn that's one huge ship.

I believe its the biggest in their fleet, even though they have a new one that weighs more. I also got lost on it more than once.
