Closing Out November!

So it's been a month!

I started streaming and still working on making a semi-permanent schedule. I set something in place but its tentative all the time because I never know what's going on in the house I am living at right now. Currently, I live with my boyfriend and his family. I love them to death but I really cannot wait to get my own place. I get dragged into a lot and they are a very go go go family and that's not me all the time, I like to take time and relax and just do me or nothing for a day. Anyways my computer was for some reason this past week a little wonky and was not loading anything and suddenly it's working again...no idea what was wrong with it but I am happy it's not being mondo slow.

For Black Friday I went the opposite of everyone and got myself a Wii U! Because of me hearing about them stopping shipments to America and that production was going to come to a halt I knew I had to get one! So I did. I got one with Mario Kart 8 installed on it and I had no issues getting my Nintendo ID transferred over. So I was very pleased about that.

I also got myself the collector edition of Tales of Zestiria, because I was late in pre-ordering it (like with Berseria) I had to pay a little extra which I will probably need to do also with Berseria. But I love the little chibi figures and the key chains!

I got a new Logitec G633 headset and LOVE IT! What a difference the microphone is. I had a Turtle Beach before and I hated it and had to actually talk loudish to get my voice through and now I don't need to speak that loud! Very happy with my purchases and I even got a lot of X-Mas shopping completed and I am pretty much almost done.

I also recently got Fina Fantasy XV and played a tiny bit last night and really love what I saw and played through. I am planning on playing more tonight and actually restarting it as I was really tired and was not super paying attention to a lot of things. Enjoy your Wii U. Great system, maybe not as great as it could have been, but still som good games you can't get anywhere else.

I'm about seven hours into FF and loving it.

Streaming has been going good! I am actually happy I have 15 followers haha. It's been hard to keep a schedule especially living in someone else's home with their family. And trying to fit in other things around it. So I might have to cut back on the number of days I actually would like to stream to be more realistic about it.

I love the Wii U! I have games I would love to get for it and the Virtual Console is one of my favorite things about it so I just couldn't give it up!

I am I think about 2 hours in - just got past the first part of the main quest to get the car fixed...and then I manually drove it and crashed it to get it fixed again haha. But I am looking forward to playing more of it. It's going to definitely make me try to 100% it.

Feeling so very late to the party in regards to the current generation of hardware. I'm still completely last gen due to financial issues, with the exception of Matt's old 3DS that he gifted me last March for my birthday.

That's okay, I am only purchased it because of the notice to stop shipping and such but also I lost a Wii U after I moved out from my ex and I have Wii U games I want to play.

I still need a Vita but that's later down the road. I don't even plan to get the Nintendo Switch till a year or 2 after it is released.

I got FFXV also, but haven't touched it yet. Too busy with Titanfall 2, Battlefield 1, and Pokemon.

How is Titanfall 2? I know they put a single player campaign in it and I usually only play shooter games for that. Is it any good?

I still need to get the new Pokemon - I really want Moon.

I like it! Lots of fun to play especially with others. I am hoping to get Paper Mario Color Splash and such for Christmas - not sure what I am getting for Chrismas though haha.

I really wanted one this black friday, but I wanted it at a discount. I am worried about scarcity now that's it's out of production, but maybe Nintnedo will discount it when the Switch comes out.

It probably will I think. I wanted it this black Friday due to the same reason, but I figured for a system with a game pre-installed for the amount I got it at was pretty good, a lot of the other systems were more expensive with the games installed especially for Mario Maker.

I don't know why I resisted, really. Last black friday I picked up a Xbox One and then couldn't resist a PS4 as well. Both of those were $300.

Great to hear that you are streaming. I followed you even though I don't use twitch that much.

I also got FFXV. I am enjoying it, just wish there were more sidequests early in the game as that's all I feel like doing right now.

I am about 30 hours in and I am just on chapter 9 which is where the story starts to get more linear it seems. So I may have to finish up some side questings before moving on and then probably end game do the rest of the side quests.

My plan was to get a Wii U this year. I bought an XB1 instead. My kids all want an XB1, so I bought it for the family. Hopefully, I can get a Wii U next year.

I was thinking about getting an Xbox 1, but with the new XB1 games being playable on PC as well I decided against it. Plus a lot of the indie games are on PC or PS4 as well.

But there was a lot of good deals on the Xbox 1 this year!
