E3 is only a few months away and this blog entry may contain rumors. Some rumors may hit the fan, others will not.
Another year, another summer of E3. The only time where the new video games would get showcased towards many of attendees attending E3. Other than being there trying out the games, there's always that one special thing we all know about E3's existence, PRESS CONFERENCE!
On the Sony corner,
We have PS4 Games, PS4's Online service, PS4 Release Dates, and (hopefully) the PS4 Hardware. Along with games such as "The Last of Us", "Watch Dogs", "inFamous: Second Son", "Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix", "Beyond: Two Souls", and more. Can we at least get PS2 classics playable for PS Vita or Memory Card price cut? I would enjoy playing GTA: San Andreas and Bully on the Vita.
On the Microsoft corner,
We beg dearly for Microsoft to not showcase family fun. We are getting tired of the Kinect stuff. It's time to get back to the time where Xbox had competition. Bring out some new exclusives. Enough of Gears of War and Halo. To be honest, no one secretly cares about Call of Duty anymore. You wanna know what I like to see from Microsoft at E3 this year? I wanna see actual games and jaw-dropping changing pants reveals...And by jaw-dropping changing pants reveals, I mean the developer Rare bringing THIS GAME to Xbox. I want to see something that would make people keep their Xbox and buy another year of Xbox Live.
Finally, on the Nintendo corner,
What can we say about Mario, Link, Fox, Pokemon, Fire Emblem, Kid Icarus, WiiU? Easy, SUPER SMASH BROS.! Oh, and maybe a price drop on the 3DS and other out of this world things your WiiU can do.
I'm not going to mention Konami, EA, or Ubisoft's rumor predictions because some of their games get showcased on the main conferences anyways with two different gameplay demos.
This will be one big E3 event no one wants to miss. The battle of Next Generation consoles is upon us.
You say no more halo or gears of war for xbox but yet this is what xbox is about..It is like saying no more mario or zelda nintendo!!
I am looking foward to the ps4..I do not care for it at the moment..But i think that once they release the ps4 the ps3 is going to reduce in price..Meaning i can pick one up for cheap!
Call of Duty is always pushing away from Halo and Gears of War. Xbox has not that much exclusives other than Forza Motorsport. Although, Xbox is more superior to multi-platform games and their Xbox Live arcade collection is massive.
It's time to give Halo and Gears some space until the next system reveals it. We'll get a new Halo and Gears game sometime around 2015, but the only possible reveal that Microsoft can give Gears and Halo next for now at E3 is DLC.
I don't want Halo 5 or Gears of War 4 to be revealed anytime soon. It would be great to see Call of Duty take a yearly break for once.
