Fire Emblem Direct

Well I watched it and it was a tad disappointing. Dont get me wrong, they announced quite a bit. However i figured the reason they didnt show a lot for Fire Emblem Warriors*yall know how I feel about my Warriors series* at the switch presentation because they were gonna show quite a bit in the direct. However all they did was give a Fall 2017 release window, its releasing both on Switch and N3DS, and an extended look at the trailer. I was really hoping for a bit more than that.

I dont know if ill get anything else they announced. I only played Fire Emblem Awakening and I didnt like it very much. Warriors Im interested in because I love the series it comes from. Them taking it and using different series on it was super fucking smart.

I might give the series another look with the fate series and see if maybe I can get into it. Hell I might try the mobile game.

I'll check it out. Dragon Quest Warriors was fun to an extent. I wouldn't mind seeing the Fire Emblem characters fighting the hoards.

Dragon Quest warriors like title was a lot of fun. I enjoyed it a lot. Im hoping we get 1 and 2 for the Switch here. I dont think we have a release date for it. Though I know they can be bought on PS4, I wouldnt mind to travel with them.

We're getting a rare remake for 3DS with open world progression. I like Warriors games, and I think FE is perfectly fitting for it. Also, the iphone game looks great! I'd love to have FE on the go on my phone. Not sure if I missed an announcement for Switch, but I hope we get a switch game too. Overall, I like the presentation quite a bit.

I'm hype for the 3DS game, Echoes. To be completely honest, I'm not too in love with the art style of Birthright/Conquest, and I find the plot to be a bit melodramatic and unrealistic -- essentially too anime for my tastes. However, I greatly enjoyed the gameplay. The aesthetic of the new one is super cool, though. I'll definitely pick it up.

I wish they made FE anime, even tho the game is already anime. I don't mind FE becoming a bigger property for Nintendo honestly. I do love strat games, and I like the simple paper,rock scissors combat of the series.
