My wife is an addict! She is addicted to yard sales. The Saturdays that I do not work at the Box Factory I Still have to get up early and Chauffeur my wife all over the county so she can buy junk at yard sales. But really,  I'm glad my wife is a yard sale addict. When it comes to clothes and purses and shoes and now, Baby clothes, she will buy all that she wants at yard sales and at Huge reduced prices! So I am really OK with it.

Now the problem is that she has started me Wanting To Go! Yes! I now can't wait for Saturdays so I too can drive all over the county and find stuff that I don't need at huge discounted prices. I have found lots and lots of books for next to nothing, I also have found video games and even consoles for cheap, cheap prices. One of my favorite finds is a game I always wanted to try but I refused to pay the high online price...

Only $3.00

And it was complete in the box. The game and The Bongos. What a weird fun game!

I even got to play it on the Gamecube console that I had found  a few months before.

So this Saturday, get up early and get you a pocket full of one dollar bills and go Exploring!

It's a lot of fun, really. It's not BaD at all......

Omg, I remember when I was growing up I was so excited about going to yard sales on weekends. Me and my sister went all the time with our parents. I never found really anything in the games department but books and stuffed animals were freaking goldmines at those.

Nice find! I remember paying 55 bucks for it back then. It's a really fun game, you can play it with a normal controller too, but it's more fun with the bongos.

My wife and I used to get up on Saturdays and go out to the yard/garage sales all the time. Then the quality of the items available went downhill really fast. It turned into a heap of baby clothes and chipped teacups. No games at all so we stopped.

Yard sales are the best. Games, CDs, Vinyl, Cards were always cheap. The ones I like the most are when neighborhoods or churches have one massive yard sale and you can get all your shopping done in one spot.

It's too cold to have yard sales up here right now. And in the summer, I work weekends. Sigh. I miss yard sales.
