I really hope I can get a Wii U this year. I bought Bayonetta 2 a couple years ago and still no Wii U to play it on.

Hey it's time for round 2! Let's get started with my next batch of games!
Hyrule Warriors- I admit... I was skeptical. I didn't know what to expect as even though I've bought plenty of Tecmo-Koei Dynasty Warriors style games... I never really played any aside form the Katana spin-off. But man oh man I have sunk over 200 some odd hours into this bad boy. I just love all the little things. Plus the DLC added even more missions and collectibles. Some day I'll beat this game 100%... but that's a tall order.
Kirby and the Rainbow Curse is a really good looking game and I love the clay aesthetics. It's a bit tougher due to the controls being entirely based on the stylus so you have focus between the gamepad and tv. Still I had a lot of fun with the game...even if my screen had smudges.
Legend of Kay Anniversary- I picked this up in a bargain bin. I figured well if it's bad that suits my style. The Legend of Kay was originally a PS2 game, now upgraded to next gen. It definitely plays like a PS2 game and the gameplay is a very simple action adventure platformer. The voice acting was kinda iffy though.
Lego City Undercover was pretty fun. I always wondered what a true Lego sandbox adventure would be like and this game really delivered. It's funny, fun, and theres a bunch of stuff you can enjoy from multiple disguises that give you certain abilities to just wandering around the city.
Mario Kart 8 was a very solid kart racer. I loved the DLC, the graphics were colorful, the music was great...the battle mode was...well there is a reason it's being fixed in the Switch version. An excellent game. If you haven't picked it up for Wii U...you should definitely consider picking it up for the Switch!
Mass Effect 3- So this was $5...thats why I bought it...Yes I know it's inferior...in fact I haven't even palyed the first 2. Maybe I probably should have. It was a good game...But maybe I'm just more into the jrpg genre style.
Mighty No.9- I supported this game on Kickstarter...yep...I can honestly say this game is not great...Fairly average and horribly buggy. The framerate can drop immensely when engaged in any sort of fast paced action sequence causing horrible lag (The bulldozer gutsman guys stage is one I noticed the most). I just feel bad. I supported this game...Why?
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate is an expansion/improved experience over monster hunter tri. It starts off very similarly, and then it shows you how different it can be. I put in a whole bunch of hours online and off with this game. I love the Monster Hunter experience!
Need For Speed Most Wanted U is a pretty enjoyable racer. If you like racing games you can have a lot of fun with it. Ranking up to challenge the most wanted racers is cool. Online mode is dead though.
NES Remix Pack comes with NES Remix 1 & 2. It's pretty challenging going for best times on short challnges that range from jump on a goomba to remixed themes of get Link to jump the flag pole. There's quite a lot to enjoy and getting all rainbow rankings is incredibly tough! For the speedrunners in us all!
New Super Mario Bros U & New Super Luigi U- These games were really fun. Yes some have their complaints about how it's just too similar to the wii version, but it's a solid game all around. New Super Luigi U is a harder version with a 100 second timer, and slippery luigi controls. I'll admit there were times I had to resort to using Nabbit like the filthy cheater I am.
Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge is a fairly enjoyable, but really difficult hack n' slash game. Ninja Gaiden has been known to be a tough game and man oh man are they right. It's amazing to see how far the series has come. I haven't played any of the series since I threw my controller in a rage at the age of 7 playing Ninja Gaiden for the NES.
NintendoLand is an enjoyable demo of what the Wii U could have been capable of doing and it's a shame that it's really the one game that really showcased what the Wii U could do if they had the conviction of following through with the ideas. Theres a lot of fun mini games you can play with friends and family and if anything I hope the Universal Studios Nintendo themed park takes some inspiration from it. Maybe a Zelda themed forest or Haunted house Luigi's Mansion style.
