Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake

Hello Pixlbit. I've been off the radar for awhile because I was playing the MSX port of Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake for the PS3.

And I finished it today!

This was the last Metal Gear game I havent played. It was as exciting as playing a new release.

I really enjoyed this game. I took my time and enjoyed it for as long as possible. It's nothing you havent seen before. A lot of game elements in this game was re-introduced in the Metal Gear Solid series. For instance, at one point you have to meet a female dressed as a soldier in the Ladies room. Another time you must go to a real cold room to have a brooch change into a key. And You have to sneak through a room full of soldiers and not be detected. Those are just a few examples

If you are a fan of Metal Gear you owe it to yourself to play this game.

I am sticking to my New Year's Resolution so I'm going to play Metal Gear Solid and on the side Metal Gear Solid VR Missions. I'll keep you posted.

Congrats! I owe it to myself to play MG2. And MG1. And MGS4. And MGS5.

Thanks James: It's an awesome game and you can really see the roots and beginings of the Metal Gear Solid series while playing this game. I am determined to play ALL the Metal Gear games this year!

Congrats on finishing MG2! I remember of a bit of VR Missions, and I thought it was interesting but I only played it in spurts.

I may pop this in tonight. Im pretty sure I have it on a MGS collection I bought awhile ago. So much to play and my PS3 hasn't been getting as much love as it needs lately.
