BaD Timing

Linked to Article Series: Blog a Day (BaD) 2015

For a couple reasons:

1) It's 2:40 a.m. CST as I type. I went to sleep around 8 p.m. and woke up around midnight.

2) I just linked this blog to a 2015 BaD series simply cause I knew it coincided with this blog's title.

I'm going to go back to sleep in a second and see if I can do muy A day weight lifting routine I was supposed to do yesterday around 6 a.m., then do my 30 minute HIIT training as usual after work. 

Wish me luck in getting my night owl schedule turned around.

Also, I just noticed I haven't been getting messages about rangergirl's comments on my blogs. I'll go back through them at some point and make sure I respond to everyone.

This will be my entry for today. 4 more days to go.

I wish you luck in the morning, I work nights so im normally up Wednesday and Thursday. I didnt sleep any for tonight so I'm super tired.

I didn't get a workout in like I'd wanted, but I do feel more energized this morning than normal. It's nice.

Too bad I feel EVEN MORE SLEEPY trying to sleep after waking up and even more tired after that when it doesn't work and I wind up checking my phone.

Sometimes I fall asleep at my desk, sitting up, when I haven't slept enough.  Hurts my neck like hell.  I'm getting old.  :(

Getting back on a normal sleep schedule can be tough. It took me a couple of days to get back on my usual schedule. Today is my day of catching up with everyone's BaD's before I do get some exercise in.

Man, good luck with the exercising. I'll have to do mine tonight. And even bigger luck catching up on a week's worth of BaD. lol
