I have really noticed Im missing my Guilty Gear days. I loved playing the games on the PS2 and the PS3 hasnt seen barely any love except for 2 PSN releases. I know for the most part the reason is that Arc System Works lost the rights to the series to Sega but in 2011 they were returned to ASW. I know there concentrating on BlazBlue and its a good series but I miss my heavy metal counterpart a lot. Everything with Guilty Gear was unique to me and because of its theme to heavy metal I was drawn to it like a moth to a light. The soundtrack to the games are jsut awesome and the characters were all fucking crazy but great in their own rights. My faves were Millia Rage, Dizzy, I-No, Testament, and Venom. Since ASW does have the rights again Im hopeing they bring the series back. I would really like to see another Guilty Gear game :(

O the Pain!Cry

I bought almost every version of GG keeping only the first X2 for the PS2 and AC+ for the Wii (which still hasn't made it to PSN in europe).

My favorite Characters are Slayer, Order Sol and Baiken. Favourite tunes are Suck a Sage, Haven't You Got eyes in Your Head?, March of the Wicked King, Make Oneself and Boomtown Blues.

I almost freaked out when i met the series created a couple years ago (there was a tournament in France and the hosts organised a visit) Me my best friend and a bunch of other arrived and got some free stuff and things signed, it was epic.Cool

I think Broken mentioned that they have no plans to make a new one because they think it's dated... i hope that isn't the case and they're just making a new one, I hope.Embarassed

This game could never be dated, its that damn good, lol! I wish I could pick out some faves from the soundtracks but I love all the songs. The music is just that good in this game! Im really hoping for another game. Ill prolly buy one of the PSN gams to hold me off till such a time comes.

That is so awesome you got to meet the creator of the game! Lucky!!!

Amen! I'm on the same page. Guilty Grear's creator said some weird junk during an interview about Guilty Gear not appealing to a younger generation but I kinda hope what he said was translated wrong or he has changed his mind since the last time he spoke.

Personally I prefer Guilty Gear over Blazblue.

I prefer Guilty Gear as well! The creator must be crazy if he really thinks it doesnt appeal to the younger generation. I mean if it technically didnt, Im sorry but BlazBlue wouldnt either. Makes no sense if ya ask me!

Okay Cary, you fave character is.....Baiken! While she is anti social you love her strong characterism!

Did I do a good job? lol!

Well Baiken looks like a tough character, which is a good thing to be in a fighting game.  The only other characters I remember is a lady with a cool hat, another lady who fights with her hair, a girl who can lift an anchor, and another one named Jelly or Jam or something.
