Beginning Of May Update

Today officially begins May, it hasnt been the best day but it is what it is. Im currently studying to get my license to be a Pharmacy Tech. While I love being a CNA, I am getting burnt out so I think a change in career is called for. If I could play video games and make money I would but alas its quiet hard to do that so I have to have a plan B. Study wise Im doing good, Its just a lot to take in. The nice thing is, you can get your Pharmacy Tech license without going to school. You can study for the test on your own and then pay to take the exam. Another way is going to a CVS or Walgreens and they help get you certified. Now from what a friend learned, they send you to school. However Im going to try and study on my own and pass it. If I fail, I might just go to school for the 6 to 12 months the program last. However saving money for now is the goal. Im hoping to take the test this summer between July and Aug.

Games wise Ive been either playing on the 3DS or Switch since there both portable. 3DS wise Ive been playing SOS:Trio of Towns, Yokai Watch 2, and Pokemon Moon mostly. I actually started up Animal Crossing and Bravely Second as well some. Switch Ive played mostly I am Setsuna, Kamiko, and Wonder Boy since I no longer have BOTW. My PS4 hasnt been used much for gaming but when I do Im playing mostly Persona 5 or Toukiden 2. I did buy Guilty Gear XRD Rev because the upgraded verison launches at the end of May and it will only be 20$ to upgrade. I got the original for 14.99$ so 34$ total isnt bad at all. Im excited for Baiken, I LOVE her design this time around.

Reading wise Ive been reading quite a bit of manga. I dont know why I got the urge to I just did and so far nothing has disappointed.

If you like Supernatural stuff with a mixture of Comedy this is a great manga. I also would say this is a 18+ manga. It has some moments in it pertaining to death that I would think would be too much for a younger person like a child or preteen. Kimihiro can see spirits, and he doesnt like it. He one days ends up in the store of the Witch Yuko who grants wishes and ask to be free of seeing them, to pay off his wish he gets roped into being a partime housekeeper and cook for Yuko. Needless to say he ends up getting sent on supernatural errands too. I have read all the way up to Vol 9. I highly suggest buying the Omnibuses. They have like 3 Vol apiece in them.

This series is just now starting, Vol 1 is out but thats it. Vol 2 is set for a July 11th release I believe. Its the same day that FF12 remaster releases. Anywho, this is another Supernatural manga and I stand firmly that this is 18+ too. Sakumi Kyouichi comes from a family of Exorcist. After being saved by his older sister, she went missing but left her notebook which contained information on fighting spirits. Using the notebook he hopes to find his sister. Overall the start of this has been good, Ill get Vol 2 when it releases.

I sold it, I just couldnt get into it. I might give it another try later on but it just didnt feel like Zelda to me.

I am Setsuna is good, its super challenging with boss fights but still good.

I'm working on reviewing Stardew Valley on PS4. I think you would like that one.

I really enjoyed I am Setsuna. One of the few RPGs I've played all the way through in a LONG time.

That Wonder Boy remake is pretty cool. I can't wait for the true Wonder Boy sequel, Monster Boy, which comes out later this year.

I'm not as familar with the Guity Gear characters, so I don't have a favorite, but Baiken has pink hair, so that's pretty cool.

Ive played Stardew on PC. It is addicting. Im getting it again on Switch once it releases.

Wonder Boy Im enjoying but....Im kinda confused about it. Like there doesnt seem to be much thats points you in the way to go. You kind of have to just explore and figure it out.

I was, and maybe still am, looking into that Pharmacy Tech career. I can take the course at my commmunity college for pretty cheap.

I say its worth trying, better pay check at the end of the day. Im just gonna study by myself first and see how that goes. I found a book that has a ton of info and people have used it to pass.

Good luck on your test! That's interesting that they give you the option of just taking the test without going through the classes. Hopefully there are a lot of practice tests and tips online to help you out.
