I like the badge arcade stuff, but I'm honestly still more excited for Sony titles. Probably because I own a PS4 but not a switch or 3DS. I might eventually though.

Nintendo Saves E3!
Hiya everyone, how are you?
I've been meaning to post this from a while back but I guess I got lazy? Well anyway I think this year might of been Nintendo's best E3 in a long time. They showed things we'll be playing this year as well as a few surprises too. This year I'll be trying out something new too with this post. Aiding me today will be none other than the Badge Arcade's own Badge Arcade Bunny! Take it away Bunny!
Other Announcements:
Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle
If you follow gaming news and rumors, then you know about this one. This was a rumored game for a long time and many questioned if it was legit or not. I mean it was a rumor so I can see how people had their doubts. They showed it at Ubisoft's Press Conference for the first time and I gotta say, it looks so fun. It releases on August 29.
Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redux, Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology, and Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth
These games were shown prior to E3 but thought I might include them here since they had them at E3 as well. Etrian Odyssey V is coming later this year while SMT: Strange Journey Redux and Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology are to release next year. The latter 2 are remakes of the DS versions of said games which will feature new content.
Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions
Another rumored game that turned out to be true, this is a remake of the original Superstar Saga from the GBA. Except this time it features enhanced graphics and a new mode. Definitely worth it for those who missed out on the first game or want to revisit it. It releases on October 6.
Sushi Striker: The Way of Sushido
Bill Trinen from Nintendo was teasing this as a last surprise for E3. It's an action puzzle styled game that is pretty quirky, but looks like it'll be fun. It's from the people who made the NES Remix games if I'm remembering correctly.
Metroid: Samus Returns
Metroid: Samus Returns will be getting a Special Edition that comes with a CD featuring music from the series. The game launches on September 15.
Rocket League
This was a surprise. I've always wanted to play Rocket League and glad it's coming to the Switch. It's also getting exclusive content exclusive to this version. It's also gonna be the same price as the other platforms it's on. That's great too and hope other developers take note of that. Hope this is a good sign of more games to come. Not sure on the release date but it is coming this holiday.
Fate/EXTELLA: The Umbral Star
I don't know much about this series, but as far as I know I think it was on either the PS4, the Vita, or both. This version will include all the dlc which is nice if you're picking this up for the first time.
Skyrim
I never played Skyrim before *sarcastic gasp* but since it's coming to the Switch I may finally give it a go. We knew it was coming but the only reason I brought it up was because Bethesda showed it on their press thing and it'll have stuff from Breath of the Wild in it. Like the Master Sword and the Champion's Tunic and more. Considering you have the amiibo figures for it. Speaking of amiibo...
More amiibo
Yes, Nintendo showed more amiibo. They showed new figures for Breath of the Wild, which will no doubt sell out. They also showed new figures that'll work for Samus Returns on 3DS. The Metroid amiibo is squishy apparently. They showed new figures for Super Mario Odyssey which looks really cool And lastly, new Fire Emblem amiibo figures that'll most likely be used for FE: Warriors. Yay, more plastic dlc...
But now for the most important question...
Obviously. It looked absolutely fantastic. It looks like the Mario game I've been waiting for since the Galaxy games. I am so excited for it. When I heard that vocal song in the trailer, I couldn't help but smile. I was crying tears of joy. It... just looked fantastic. I can't wait to play it. It releases on October 27. Marking that date. Nintendo was also really smart to release it on that date instead of their usual November date for most of their Mario games. I think it's because a lot of games are coming out in November and Nintendo obviously wants people to focus on Odyssey. Did I mention how hyped I am for it?
Well that's about it. Sorry for the delay in this post. I haven't had enough time to do so. I hope this format is a nice change of pace from the usual posts I do. Well thanks for reading and later.
