Ok so Photobucket changed their service and they now want $400 a year...*clears throat* HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, Netscape and Friendster thinks this is a solid idea. Anyways I have a blog all written out but I am currently looking for a place that hosts pictures. Any recomendations?

Anyways I need to figure out how to get my pictures off of that trash site so that is what I will be doing today. Have a happy and SAFE 4th!

That's all for now, more later!

Oh, Friendster - if THEY think it's a good idea, you know it MUST be....  :)

Honestly I didn't know Friendster still existed!

It doesn't, they didn't evolve and they died off. Photobucket will follow that path with their insane pricing.

Wooooow. Lol I just store everything on Facebook or Google Drive. $400 a year for photo storage?!!!!!

They ... They know PS+ membership is $50/year and involves like 5 times the value and data amount, right?

I wanted to move my content from Photobucket but apparently their site just doesn't work. The .zip file feature is broken and I always get a "there's nothing here" dialogue box when I'm staring at pictures. The positive is that I have 90% of the pictures backed up because I used to email the pictures to myself. I'm over them.

I just had a falling out with Flickr since I couldn't log in for some strange reason I couldn't figure out (it might have been a temporary server outage because they just got bought by Verizon, but I needed it that night, so I bailed). Instead, I discovered you can right click an image on Facebook and choose "save image address" and plug it in here, and it works! I wish I'd known that a long time ago.

That's some good info right there. I might create a Facebook page just to host pictures. Thanks for the tip.

Photobucket wants 400? what the fuck? I havent used them in a long time. I was thinking about going back and using them for some photo stuff but not now. I dont know any other photo sites that you can use to save stuff. Sorry :(

Right? When I saw people posting about it, that's what they were asking and I'm sorry they're insane. I would have glady paid for their service but for that kind of money, you're nuts.

No worries Flickr is working for me, and KnightDriver told me about a little trick with Facebook so I might create another FB page as a backup.
