Refugee Late to the Party

Hi there.

Well, i'm Alejandro Correa, i'm 16 years-old, I live in Colombia and i'm another refugee from 1up (and as the title says, late to the party). At first, I was going to use a blog I have as my replacement for 1up, but due to lazyness, I mostly left it unattended and because i've heard, thanks to my 1up friend Micheal (Michael117), about Pixlbit and that many users were moving there, I decided that I would make an account here someday. And, here I am.

Okay, let's make a more specific recount.

Without adding too much on what other might have said, 1up was also very important to me. It was a great place where we were like a big family and where gaming was our big passion. I was shocked and sad about the news of the site closing down like everybody else were.

The following days after moving from 1up, i've been posting frequently on The Play Station, a forum made from the ashes of the 1up club of the same name and I was going to use this blog as something of a temporary replacement, but due to factors like lazyness, distracting websites (DAMM YOU TVTROPES!!!) and feeling comfortable on the mentioned forum, I left that blog like a ghost town (sorry to those I promised I would use that blog more often). Although, before leaving 1up, I was already concidering moving here, as many of my friends mentioned the website. It's only recently that I decided to take a better look at the website and I was pretty impressed with it and I just felt great to see many people from 1up here, so I wasted no chance and joined in yesterday.

With that said, I just want to say:

Hi Michael.

Expect an update blog soon. On school, it's been a pain with some exams and frustrations with Math, Chemistry and Physics, but other than that, i've been normal with it. I've been slow on games, but on what I do play, it's mostly going back to Xbox games, more especially, the original Need for Speed: Underground. Thanks for the greeting.
