Alright so I have some breakfast in me, and I think I am ready to type out the random thoughts I had about the games I played over the past week or so. I mean I had an idea yesterday but I didn't get around to putting them on digital paper, and currently I just finished breakfast after a morning trip to the Home Depot. I'm starting to get an idea of where everything is in the Home Depot. Anyways let's start out with what I have been playing.
Chris Plays...
Grand Theft Auto V – PC
Ok so I haven't touched this game in easily a couple of months and on Sunday out of the blue I decide to play it. I forgot the shortcuts to the trainer and all the other goodies but it also turns out the game was patched so I had to install a new trainer. Well the game crashes and I think that I need to erase some files to get the game to load. I'm not really sure and I am currently debating on just erasing the game and redownloading it again. We shall see.
Batman Arkham Knight – Steam
After my GTA V debacle I fired up Batman because driving around in a car/tank is almost as fun as driving around Los Santos. I'm still 4% into the game and if you're keeping track at home I just unlocked his multi-fear take down suit and the cool Iron Man like montage of all the parts fitting together. I found one thing that bothers me in this current play through and that is when Batman uses his communication screen on his wrist Luscious Fox, Oracle, and Alfred can be seen. Now I don't think people can hear their conversations but all those people have Bruce Wayne in common and its kind of easy to put the puzzle pieces together when you have these corner pieces.
Mighty No. 9 – Steam
Well flashbacks of younger Chris not getting the timing right on jumps are back with this game. I jumped into the first world where I have to catch a robot and I get to almost the end, and then the whole get your timing right to make jumps just takes out my character. Its not throw your controller frustrating, but at least for me its challenging. I usually give this one or two continues before stopping and playing something else. I'll get past this eventually and find something new to get stuck on.
Grid Autosport – Steam
Still racing, and trying to spin out my teammate if they're trash. Surprisingly in the last season of Supercars my teammate isn't that bad and we're beating down our competitors. I'm still dreading the Endurance races because I don't want to sit for long just racing in one race.
Turbo Pug DX – Steam
I started this game to see how it is different from the other Turbo Pug games and this time I can use a controller for Turbo Pug. Still the same endless runner where you collect Pug coins that unlock new animals to run, but so far nothing beats Turbo Pug 3D where the pug wears a sombrero.
Disney Emoji Blitz – iOS
Well apparently I've been playing this game for over a year because they just had their 1st birthday (also Happy 62nd Birthday to Disneyland). To celebrate the game for a couple of days players were treated to a special birthday box where they could unlock a character
And for this week's special puzzle the characters from Steamboat Mickey were available. I unlocked all available, Mickey, Minnie, and Oswald.
The goal for their special puzzles was to remove all ink blocks from the board. There is also a special feature on the game board to turn the game into black and white
I tried one game but it was too difficult to distinguish the emojis. Since I usually just go by the color of the emojis I had a rough game. Anyways I am close to finishing this week's group of puzzle's with 3 days left to spare.
Injustice Mobile 2 – iOS
My playing of this game has slowed down considerably because I'm just not into it anymore. I still wake up, collect whatever I need, put characters in missions, and go on with my day. A lot of game play now is simming levels. I think once I get my current characters to points where they don't struggle I'll play again but for now, I'll stick with the current routine.
Real Racing 3 – Android
Remember a couple of years ago I played a ton of this game? Well I started again, but apparently there was a reboot and I can't access my old account so I started over. I played a bunch right before the new Game of Thrones and I unlocked some cool stuff
I got a swanky McLaren, which unlocked a swanky racing series
I haven't tried this series yet.
Also I started the NASCAR portion of the game where you have three lap races in Daytona, and Indianapolis. These are fun because its a nice change from the regular racing of cars on the same tracks over and over again. A bonus is you win races you unlock Sponsorships.
Alright Pixlpeeps I am off. Have a good week!
That's all for now, more later!
