Getting a Switch Tomorrow

My wife told me to pick one up for our anniversary and my friend at EB is putting one aside for tomorrow. Not sure whether to get Zelda or something else.

I hope yoy enjoy it. I know I love mine. Zelda didnt feel like Zelda to me but a lot of people have liked it so I cant say much there. I will say Wonder Boy is good and worth a buy. They have quite a bit of games on it now.

What else is on there that's not Zelda? Arms?

It seems like I'm trolling, but I'd seriously want one if Nintendo could answer that question for me satisfactorily.

Splatoon 2 is another idea. I didn't get Splatoon on the Wii U and I've always been interested in playing it.

Zelda is the better buy, but Splatoon 2 is great as a second game when you want something else. Works really well on handheld mode since matches are only three minutes each.

Zelda is great so far and will be even better when I stop pressing random buttons and blowing myself up. Also throwing my swords. LOL

While that may be so, it won't get me to buy a system. But misguided love for the general idea of Nintendo exclusives might, so there is hope yet!

Yay! Hope you enjoy it. ARMS and Splatoon 2 are good, but right now the most fulfilling game on Switch is probably Zelda.

Awesome dude! Seems like everyone is getting one recently. You should totally get Zelda, it's amazing. Some other games I've enjoyed - Mario Kart, Blaster Master Zero, Snipperclips, and Snake Pass. Also picked up Has-Been Heroes on sale at Gamestop, but have yet to crack into it.

Mario Kart in on my mind too. I have the Wii U version but I'm sure it would be great to play on the go.

The Deluxe version is so much better. I also had the Wii U version, but I played the hell out of the Switch version, especially in portable mode. It's worth a pick up eventually, at the very least.

I want to play Zelda and that Mario/Rabbids game. I just heard Arms was selling really well in June.

Awesome! Congrats on the new Switch! I saw you mention in your other blog you were going to get a 200GB SD card. That is a lot of space for games and other media.
