Metal Gear Solid: The legacy Collection

Here's an article I copied and pasted from www.destructoid.com about a new MGS bundle to be released for the playstation 3.

Metal Gear Solid gets another package, this time bringing together games Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2: HD Edition, Metal Gear Solid 3: HD Edition, Peace Walker HD Edition, the VR Missions, and Metal Gear Solid 4: Trophy Edition. Squeeze in the original MX versions of the first two MG games and two Ashley Wood graphic novels and you have a hell of a Metal Gear collection.

Konami is calling this the Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection, a PS3 exclusive that will be coming to North and South America this June.

Konmai should have titled it The Year Of The Snake collection.

I have all the games mulitple times but you also get the VR Missions and 2 Ashley Wood graphic Novels.

I can not wait!

Im glad I held out before buying anything Metal Gear, Ill will def be buying this once it releases. Might not be right off but it will happen in the coming time.

What is this Metal Gear Solid 4: Trophy Edition? Didn't they release a patch for MGS 4 to have trophies? I'd get this for the MX versions if I didn't already have all of the others.

I thought about you when Konami emailed me this announcement. it would be cool if it had the really old Metal Gear games on it and the Ape Escape 3 mini-game.

Cary: It is going to have the old MG games on it. The 2 MXS releases. If that's what you mean? I just wish it would include the Snake vs Monkey from MGS3.

I may look into this. As of right now, I only have MGS 2 and 3. Definitely need to get my hands on the first and fourth one, so this could possibly be a cheaper way for me to grab them all in one swipe!

Capt.N. I havent heard any news on pricing, but you will also get the VR missions and MGS4 plus the 2 graphic novels.

I was about to pick up the sale on PSN for Peace Walker, but I might just wait for all of this now. Seems like a sweet deal and pretty limited.
