Games Bought

We didn't buy any games in January! Good job to us! There was PS+, of course. PSYCHO-PASS: Mandatory Happiness and Uncanny Valley (both PS4/Vita) sound interesting. Sacred 3 and The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 (both PS3) are two games I'm happy to have but doubt I'll ever actually get around to playing. Oh, and there was another free PSVR game I snagged—StarBlood Arena—because...why not...even though I will probably never get a VR. Oh well.

Now Playing

-Prey (PS4)

I've really enjoyed Prey—the setting, the story, the gameplay—but it's going on really long. I'm over 30 hours! I am doing pretty much all the side stuff but still. I'm ready for this game to be done.

-God Eater 2: Rage Burst (PS4)

I am on the cusp of getting the final trophy and earning the Platinum. Then my little group will probably move on to something else.

-Overcooked (PS4)

My wife and I have played this a few times and it's such goofy fun!

-Destiny 2 (PS4)

I've been working on my alt characters and playing a lot of PvP. Good times.

Mark and I played Sacred 3 last year. Fun Diablo style game with over-the-top redictulous voice work. Mark and I are still quoting from it.

My wife and I tried Sacred 2 very briefly years ago but got turned off it pretty quickly. But at this point I can't remember why.

3 is apparently very different from the others and pissed off the fan base, from what I hear. It's more my line being a fun, not so serious, action RPG.

Looks like you've either been playing a Capcom Classics Collection or that plug-in game console that has Capcom games built into it.

I've spent my month playing BotW, Xenoblade Chronicles 2, and this super-hard indie platformer, Celeste.
