Is this a recreation of the Scooby-Doo movie where Scooby-Doo Meets Batman and Robin?
Ooh I didn't know they had a movie. I was going for a Batmobile vs. Mystery Machine street race, but I like the movie idea.
There were actually two of the 1970s "Scooby-Doo Movies" which had Scooby-Doo teaming up with Batman and Robin. I think the B&R movies were actually the pilots of the movie series. Batman and Robin were modeled after their appearance in the Hanna-Barbera "Superfriends" cartoon, and Robin was voiced by Casey Kasem (who also did Shaggy).
It turns out Scarecrow was just old man McGuillocuddy all this time!
And he would have gotten away with it if it weren't for those meddling kids!
It's the turtle and the hare story.
Yup, and speaking of Turtle I do have a Ninja Turtles set where one of the turtles is riding a motorcycle. He could have been in the race.

That was the a must buy set when it was released a couple of years ago. I never got around to buying the other sets to complete the gang but I have Shaggy and Scooby.
