Suikoden 2 = Love

This weekend I spent the entire time playing Suikoden 2. It's amazing! I really feel like I want to replay the first one all over again now as well! I am a ways into the game, for those who have played the game will know where I am. Just finished the Greenhill mission and also I recently recruited Futch and Humphy. I actually have to go back to this other area to recruit another member but I wanted to get these two guys. Since I am a smart cookie and made multiple save files, I actually had to restart my previous file since I didn't realize the ruler of Matilda would block the borders after a stirred a commotion and the one way I thought I could get back was unable to. So far I have everyone except the squirrel character recruit. I have to travel the road between Greenhill and the Muse border and I already tried this and after an hour I gave up, so now that I have Stallion I'll be able to run between the two and hopefully it'll go faster. I am loving the story so far as well, it draws you in so well and it just hooks you and doesn't let go. I honestly wanted to just play all night long to try to finish the game! I can't wait till I get a bit further into the game when I can recruit the hero from the first game since I brought over my game file; that's going to be interesting. That's also another thing I liked was how they kept a lot of the memorable characters from the first game. Even some of the music stayed the same with a few new parts added to them. Over all loving this game, I am sooooo glad I spent the money on it. I will never let this game go!

Another game I have been playing as well is Hotel Dusk Room 215. I am really liking this game as well. It's like reading a mystery novel...but instead you are playing it. I believe I am almost done with this game. I just reached chapter 6 this morning so with in the next few days it should be completed!

Dance Central 2 is something I also got back into...because it's my cardio for the time being till I build up more stamina. I have actually started working out seriously this time and so far have kept with it for 4 days. I am using the Tracy Anderson Method, not sure how many of you guys know what it is...but it's a program that suppose to help slim and tighten up your body by focusing on smaller muscles than larger muscles. I am suppose to remeasure everything on the 10th day so hopefully I see results! I actually really like the workout program, it's simple 30 minutes. I cannot keep up with her cardio which is why I just head over to DC2 and use the fitness option in the game. What I like about it is I can select a type I wanna do and it's already preselected songs and shows me how much time I have done it. It's a lot better than the first one where I had to keep selecting songs.

Will keep everyone posted on the progress of both the games and the workout! Till then I bid thee adieu

I've always wanted to get into Suikoden on the PSONE. I need to buy the download from PSN.  I have 3 and 4 for the PS2 but haven't played them yet.  Glad you're enjoying them so much!

Suikoden 1 is amazing! Along with 2 lol they really need to release it on the PSn for people who don't wanna spend the $100 to get the game. I like Suikoden 3 as well 4 I am ehhh about it kinda stinks...but 5 really made up for it!

Suikoden 2 sure sounds good Smile

I played and finished Hotel Dusk but ultimately didn't like it too much, I think because it's kind of depressing overall. But it's pretty cool as a game. Love those pencil sketch character portraits.

I really liked it, just beat it last night. Granted a little sad about the ending but I am planning on buying the sequal that came out in the UK.

The Suikoden series is one I'm looking to get into. Vintage Stock has Suikoden II for $100.

That's actually an awesome price for it. Honestly if you find it $120 and it's in fabulous condition then you got an awesome deal.

Glad you're enjoying Suikoden 2 so much. Believe me,there's a lot to do. I think the game world is twice as big as the first one!

Hotel Dusk does sound cool.

And I got back into my workout routine as well. Deadlifted this morning, and probabaly going to do a ZuzkaLight challenge at some point today (Trainer on Youtube; yes, I'm male and she's female, but the workouts are effectve either way).

Dance Central 2 is a hell of a cardio exercise though. That game winded me last time I played it!

I got Suikoden 1 on PSN and loved it. I need to go back and finish it. Suikoden 2 sounds great and I want to play it badly. I played Suikoden 4 last year. It was cool but spammed random encounters at me so much I rage quit half way through.

Also, I rented Hotel Dusk way back when but didn't get too far before I got frustrated with it.

Suikoden 2 I wish they released on the PSN for others. I never beat 3-5 but I played them for a bit and I agree I wasn't a huge fan of 4. I played about 10 minutes of it and said screw it and put it away haha. I need to get back to it after I beat 2 and 3.

It's been so long since I've played Suikoden (Any game actually, not just 2.). I think it's been nearly 8-9 years since I played one now that I think of it..?

And I'm glad you're serious about the gym this time. Hopefully your results are going to be what you're hoping for!!

Well it's my home gym lol I am a gym shy person. Don't like working out in front of others I feel awkward and all. So far it's paying off! Lost 2 lbs! Woot!

I need to actually rebeat the first Suikoden game because that I beat about 3 years ago and I kept my save file for the purpose of getting the second game lol. I saved it just for this! But now I can go replay it and save over it XD
