Last Remnant Remastered

Last Remnant, one of my favorite JRPG's is being remastered bySquare Enix for PS4 - to be released in Japan. A Western release hasn't been announced yet. It will be a download only game. I'm hoping it will be released here.

Original released for Xbox 360, the game was plagued by technical issues. Like, seriously. But I played it and loved it nonetheless.

A PC version which corrected all those issues was released a few years later, but I'm not a huge PC gamer. I have toyed with it though.

I would love to see the game here with upgrades, and I would definitely buy it day one.

I'm surprised they're bringing this one back (what's next? The Bouncer Remastered???) but I'm all for more options and second chances. We seem to be in the kitchen sink era of gaming and that's pretty cool.

I think this would have been a more popular game if it hadn't been crippled at release and had so many technical problems. It's really original.

This game has an interesting battle system. I can get it cheap too for Xbox 360. Even with problems, I think I'll get it and check it out.

I notieced Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles is getting a remaster too.

the full version, which was released on PC, was MUCH better. Not only technically, but there was more content. Like, in the Xbox version, most of your soldiers were just standard drones. But in the full version, they were each individuals with stories. Very cool.

It's gonna be a $20 download title. No physical release I think. I love that game, but not a lot of other people really played it and got into it.

I have the PC version and actually played it for a few hours. I might do better with the PS4 version.

Since I'm going from most recent blogs and going backwards this is the second mention of this game. If I see this game in the wild I might pick it up.

The xbox version has a lot of problems. The pc version is great... but square delisted it on steam in anticipation of the new version. You cant buy that version anymore.
