Chibi Action!

I'm about ten hours into Dragon Quest 11, and just killed the Slayer in the desert. But I've also been playing Final Fantasy XV: Pocket Edition on the Switch. It's dope, and having played about half of the original game, I'm really impressed by how similar it is, but with a chibi flare that's a bit more simple. The combat is still interesting, and a lot of things carry over, just in a 2D way, and the story and dialogue recorded for the original game is present. There are a couple hiccups... loading times can be a bit long, and sometimes the game kind of chokes. Probably just not optimized great since it was a mobile game first. But it's really cool, and when I'm not playing it, I'm thinking about playing it.

They announced the PSONE mini and I can't wait. Until the Switch, the PSONE was my favorite system of all time. I'm excited to see the complete list of games for it, and I will definitely be getting one just to have it.

It's a rainy day here, but still hot and humid. Hell, at least I'm not in the Carolinas.

My friend Mark is crazy for the PSOne mini. I'm curious about the game list. FF7 and WIld Arms interest me.

They need at least one Driver game.

The FF Pocket Edition looks more interesting to me than the regular game.

I do want the PS Mini, just to have it.  But at 100 bucks, I'll have to wait and see if it has enough games that I want to play.  I never did get Wild Arms, so that's a start.  I wonder if it'll have Klonoa or Tomba on it?  I hope the PS Mini isn't hard to find like how Nintendo's were.

I love the original Playstation. That is what I played in college, it got me back into gaming, and I am going to buy one of these Classics even if I probably own most of the games offered.
