I Haven't Finished Dragon Quest Yet...

...but I bought Red Dead Redemption 2 anyway. I bought it digitally - I figured I might as well use that new hard drive I bought. It unlocked about 9PM last night, midnight on the east coast. I had expected it would unlock later, so I played some. I finished the first mission. I'm not far enough to judge much about it, but I will say the snow is REALLY done well, and the lighting affects and color is great. I loved the first game, so I'm expecting to enjoy this a lot.

I also bought Okami for the Switch. I have never played it or bought it before, and it was on sale for fifteen bucks. A lot of people have told me to play it, and eventually I will.

Otherwise, about the same here. Looking forward to the holidays.

I'm kind of excited to see some of Red Dead Redemption 2. I'll be able to rent it from my library. It should be state of the art graphics and gameplay coming from a dev like Rockstar.

Okami was my Game of the Year in 2006. I even liked it better than Twilight Princess.

Like most recently JRPGs, the new Dragon Quest sounds way too long.

Fun fact: I've only played the PS2 Red Dead game. I liked Gun over it. I've been thinking about playing the Red Dead on the PS3 since I own it, yet I've never really played it. This could be why I'm not caught up in the RDR2 hype.

I love the holidays. Halloween/Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year is such a fun period.

Dude I finished Dragon Quest 11. If they release the Switch edition here Im playing and buying it a second time. I fucking loved that game. Its my top 2018 title. I loved everything about it, especially the characters. Im skipping Red Dead 2. If my BF finishes his copy at somepoint I might borrow it from him. I just dont care much for it.

I have been into the last Dungeon but bailed to finish a bunch of quests and do some leveling. I'll be buying another copy too when it comes out on Switch.

No real interest in playing a cowboy game. I'm not a fan of Westerns either so it kinda follows.

I have heard that it looks good but the gameplay is awful.

I don't know who told you that, but the gameplay is great, especially the horseriding, which is superb and blows Zelda out of the water. I've been loving playing it. It's definitely one of the best games I've played lately, and is very deep.

I AM gonna get back to Dragon Quest, AND I'm gonna definitely buy the Switch version to support the developer when it comes out. I do love Dragon Quest, I just got distracted like I always do.
