I beat it a few weeks. Towards the end, I felt a bit 'rushed', as if they just wanted to get the game over and done with. But the ending was definitely pretty cool!

It was a little rushed, but made put the game up a notch higher.

damn, I remember how skeptical you were about this game when it came out, and you seem really impressed with it.  It must be damn good.  Maybe I'll pick it up later this month as I do want to play it.  I never played the original Bioshock but this one interests me a lot more. 

Well, I'd say the game's a bit of a roller coaster in quality. Parts are good, parts are great, and parts are terrible. That ending though is mind blowingly awesome and worth playing just for it.

Currently replaying the first.  They really did wonders with the combat for Infinite.

They really did. Hated 1's combat.

by the end of the first game, all you really need is the wrench for everything that isnt a big daddy.

My neighbor played it and said it was amazing. I'll probably get it in the future, but currently there is no way that I'm gonna pay $60 for it.

I just rented it.

If I do finally get a PS3, just to have something from this generation (and a Blu Ray player), this is the first game I'm getting.

I'd say there are plenty of games better than it, so maybe not the first game. The Batman games, Mass Effect trilogy, Uncharted 2, Sly 4, and Fallout 3 are all much more worth playing in my opinion. It's a game you should pick up at some point, but not really first.

Well considering I beat it in a week from renting it, I only paid a couple bucks for it in reality. Would say I got my money's worth and will probably buy it at $20.
