Morning everyone! So, it's Monday and my brother's wedding is over. It was a really great night and we all enjoyed ourselves. As is to be expected, we all drank a bit too much and yesterday was a really rough day. I think I mentioned last time that the wedding was in Connecticut, so it was a 2 hour trek home yesterday morning and I was both exhausted and my stomach was a wreck.

That aside, my speech/toast went over really well and my brother told me he loved it, which made it all worth it. Both his vows and his husband's vows were beautiful and touching and I definitely lost my shit as my brother choked up saying his. I'm so happy for the both of them and I know they're going to be great together.

Last night I crashed hard at around 9:30. No, I didn't watch the Super Bowl. I can't stand football, so I'm more than happy that the season is over and I get a few months of not hearing about it at all. That aside, today is shaping up to be an interesting day at work and I have a meeting scheduled at 11:30 to talk about a big promotion here to lead development for our product line (which myself and a co-worker invented and created together). I was kind of in that role already by nature of the work I did, but this will strip away my existing Architecture responsibilities and allow me to focus all my efforts on product creation. I'll be hiring five people short term to complete work on a Medicaid Provider Enrollment product over the next six months.

I'll let you guys know how my meeting goes tomorrow and hopefully I'll have some more gaming stuff to talk about!
