This was a game I didn't even last an hour with.

At first, I thought it was going to be fun. Ooh if you don't take the right path you wind up repeating the area over again, cool. And then in less than 10 minutes I wind up fighting some Mecha Dragon boss.

Oh good it even tells me I have to hit the dragon in the head.

So I run up, try to avoid the fire then press B to jump and Y to hit him in the head right? Wrong. I jump, press Y miss and then for some reason go flying backwards through the air. The Y button no longer has any function and I fall to the ground just in time to get hit by fire.

I repeat this over and over to no avail then finally I'm so angry I shut the game down never to return.

What a waste of money.

Cary seemed to like this one I think. Sounds pretty frustrating though. Being burned to death definitely sucks. Wonder Boy isn’t so wondrous after all.

Oh I'm sure there's an easy way to get past this point. It just required more effort than jump and attempt to hit the thing. I put it on easy and it still wasn't.

Yeah, something weird must be going on there. Everybody seems to like that game. I hear the new one is good too. Or is that a Monster Boy game? Or does that even matter?

Yeah I loved Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap remake. Here's my review.

There's actually a brand new sequel to the series that just came out a few months ago called Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom. I'm trying to beat it, but it's getting pretty hard. I did beat Dragon's Trap, though, so if I can do it, I know you can!
