Okay so I have not gotten extremely worse but what has been going on has come to a front and it's a cold. So I'm doing a two-for-one today on the blog. The blog is mostly going to consist of Nintendo Direct stuff. I really like today's Direct, it had a lot that I'm excited about.
First- This news was so unexpected I wouldn't have even thought of it. Rune Factory 4 is getting a remaster release on Nintendo switch. I love Rune Factory 4, I still have it on my 3DS and when I get in the mood to play it I still do to this day. I am so happy. By later in this year I'll be able to play it on switch and while it makes me sad that my 3DS yet becomes more obsolete it still makes me happy I'm going to have the game. They also announced that Rune Factory 5 is in development. This is also fantastic news, I really thought we were not going to see another Rune Factory game. I was so happy by this news alone that I couldn't have cared past this point what else was announced.
Second- We received announcements for a for a few Final Fantasy titles. Final Fantasy 9 is going to be available on switch today and the other two titles Final Fantasy 7 and the Chocobo Mystery Dungeon game will be out in March. I'm actually really excited about the Mystery Dungeon game, it looks like a lot of fun when they showed it off in the last Direct so I will probably be picking it up for sure.
Third- We received news about Dragon Quest 11 the Switch Edition and Dragon Quest Builders 2. Even though I have already played Dragon Quest 11 you can bet I'm going to be playing the switch version. Not only is there a new like graphical choice of play but there is also going to be new story additions. So you can bet I'm going to be playing that game come release. I'm also very excited for Dragon Quest Builders 2. I've played the original in even though I haven't finished it just yet I really enjoyed what I played. It combined Minecraft with Dragon Quest and while some would think that's a weird combo it actually worked really well.
With that I think I'll in end this blog here. It's kind of sad that the 3DS didn't have any news whatsoever but I imagine this is the year they're going to start slowing down. They're going to focus on the switch and that's not a bad thing of course. The 3DS had a pretty good life, I really enjoyed mine and as long as it still runs I'll still play on it occasionally.
So how was the direct for you? Good, Okay, Bad?
Hope yall are doing well!
