Hello everyone, how are you? Continuing off from last night's blog, here are the remaining PS4 games I played in 2018...

 

Dragon Ball FighterZ: This was actually the very first game I bought last year as well as the very first full-priced game I bought on the PS4. I love DBZ and was so hyped for this game. First rule about fighting games is never buy them a launch because chances they will release a complete edition a year later. I couldn't help myself honestly. The game was so much fun and the game looked a lot like the anime too. Definitely check it out if you are a fan of fighting games and DBZ.

Need for Speed: This was one of the games I wanted to try the most on the PS4 and it's such a fun game. It reminds me a lot of the Underground games which is great. There is one problem and that is that it always requires an online connection. You can't play it offline. If you go to the home menu on your PS4 for more than about 5 minutes then the game takes you back to the main menu, forcing you to reload. And good luck trying to play it if you have a bad connection. It could of been a great game if it wasn't for that issue.

Valkyria Chronicles Remastered: This is a game that was so heavily requested that I play on the PS3, but I never got around to it. My brother got this version and decided to give it a go. It's such a fun game and looks so good too. It's really different from the other JRPG's out there. There's nothing more satisfying than sniping an enemy in this game.

Spider-man: Pretty much one of the best games released on the PS4 last year. It was great having a good Spider-man game after all these years. The game has its fair share of flaws but the game is really fun. Batman has enjoyed success for almost a decade with the Arkham games, and now it's Spider-man's turn. Hopefully a sequel fixes the issues this one had.

Need for Speed Payback: This is the last PS4 game I played last year. I was pretty skeptical at first because of the microtransactions and whatnot, but the game is really fun. I honestly enjoyed this game more than the other NFS game. The game has much more variety in its map and it has a day and night cycle which is far better than the previous game. And the most importnt feature is that you can pause it and play it offline as in no constant internet connection is required. I would say this would of been one of the best NFS games out there if EA didn't EA it up.

Uncharted 4: Granted, this one was a Christmas present, this was technically the last PS4 game I played last year. I didn't finish it till early this year but it's such a good game. I really don't want to say more on it because of spoilers, but it was such a great "last" game for the series and was happy to finally play it after years of avoiding spoilers.
