Games Beaten

May was a very busy month...and I didn't finish any games. I hardly played any!

Games Bought

May was a very busy month...and I didn't buy any games. I even forgot to get the PS+ games! That has happened only once before. Not too great of a loss.

Now Playing

May was a very busy month. Basically I just played some Destiny 2 and Picross S. I'm sure next month will be more interesting!

I missed a Games with Gold freebee today. Somehow when I tried to download it earlier in the week, it didn't register. Now it's off the list and I'm out of luck. It was Comic Jumper. It was probably not my type of game anyway, but I'm annoyed because I haven't missed a single one until now.

Aw man, you missed Comic Jumper? I played that one back on the 360. It's a run and gun 2-D platformer where you enter different comic book styles: Golden Age, 70's and 80's style barbarian comics, and even black and white Japanese manga! The humor is a little crude and juvenile but I still thought it was funny. It was made by Twisted Pixel. Man I miss those guys.

I just heard today that it was a Twisted Pixel game. Now I'm going to have to see its price, because I want it.

I liked pretty much all of Twisted Pixel's games back on the 360. They just had a lot of personality.

I've gotten to the point where I won't "buy" a PS+ game if it doesn't interest me, but I still never touch 90% of these games. All the same, it is annoying to miss out.

I know you don't think you lost anything with the May games, but Overcooked is a blast!

That's not to say I don't understand why you didn't though. I've definitely forgotten to download PS+ games before.

You would be right! But I bought Overcooked last year and played a bunch of it with my wife (though we did eventually reach the point where we couldn't quite get enough stars to continue). That game is definitely a ton of fun. So I just missed out on the other one...and I don't remember what it was lol

I want to say it was What Remains of Edith Finch? Also a good game for very, very different reasons. lol

Sounds almost exactly like my May. Super busy, coming back once a week to slowly work through a couple of bosses in Sekiro. I think I have been stuck at the same point since the week before Memorial Day.

I was hoping to finish up or at least make good progress in Yakuza Kiwami 2 in May to free myself up for Bloodstained this month, but I think I played Kiwami 2 only once the whole month.
