I really thought the Shaved Ice trucks were Sweet Tooth trucks.
Another Weird Combo Blog

Before I get things going I’d like to update you good people on what I have been playing…spoiler it’s the same couple of games. Yeah I’m boring like that where I’ll casually play some stuff and then go about my day. Actually I should do a combo blog because I have other things planned for Friday (if I actually write out what I want to share) anyways let’s get started
Chris Plays
NCAA Football 14 - PS3: Season 2 kinda ended like Season 1 with Auburn. Last season there was a heartbreaking loss to Alabama, and this season it happened again but this time at LSU. Auburn blew a 14 point lead, the game was tied in the 4th, Auburn was driving and the 5 star QB from Louisiana fumbles the ball, LSU scores. Next possession he throws an INT and LSU scores. Auburn finishes the year with another 13-1 record with a Sugar Bowl win and ranked 3rd in the nation. At least video game Chris got a new 6 year contract.
Season 3 started with some drama. I started a new 5 star QB who was faster than my previous 5 star QB (my QBs are two 5 star players, and a redshirt Senior who has a 99 overall ranking) and the first game at home vs UCLA, the game was tied with 10 seconds left, running clock, and it was 1st and goal Auburn. I milked the clock down to 3, pitched the ball and my Heisman Running Back walked into the end zone as time expired. The Tigers are on game number 5, ranked 7th in the nation and have a game against Hawaii.
Lego DC Villains - Switch: I’m 40% finished with the game, and after every level I play I go back into Free Play and play most of it again until I unlock all the goodies and then save and exit. My created character, Lego AJ Styles is earning all the upgrades and doing well.
This game is a lot easier when you unlock all the DLC for it so I don’t have to wait for someone who can fly, shoot lasers, move things with their mind, etc.
History 2048 - Switch: This is my casual game that I play on the Switch. It’s fun and instead of having the 2,4,8,16,32… titles it’s periods from history
After a couple of games you get an idea of how it progresses to different tiles. The part that does bother me is the orientation of the board and how at times it gets tough to control.
Gems Of War - Switch: Same stuff going on. Last week I was a little disinterested and only hit the basic levels of my Guild, this week I have new life in the game and I’m doing well. I’m also on a mission to unlock some medals.
Grand Theft Auto V - PC: Rockstar updated the game so I couldn’t use the trainer for a couple of days so no playing. Last night there was a new trainer so back to crazy cheats (single player) and I may have played a mission (one of Lester’s Assassinations).
Anyone can look cool next to a sports car, but the real guys can do it next to a tricked out station wagon
Asphalt 8 - Android: I just log in, get the freebies, and maybe play in a race. Still nothing mulitplayer.
Injustice - Android: Kind of the same as Asphalt, but I’ll play a couple of matches
Puzzle Quest - Android: Same as the other two, however I do like playing the Deadpool levels and earning tacos.
Pickups
Games
I bought Onrush: Day One Edition for $8, and I wrapped it up and tossed it under the tree next to the other games I bought.
I also bought for Starlink the Neptune for $2 at Treasure Hunt
I might just order the rest of the ships fom GameStop. The local stores don’t have them in stock.
Music
From Amazon I watched this CD go from $40 all the way down to $15 with shipping.
I got an import copy of Lisa Ono’s Asia still sealed with Obi Strip.
Toys
Ok let’s first go over the cars
I got these two at Big Lots. It’s the Adam West Batmobile but it has ghost flames, and a Matsumoto Shave Ice truck
Closer look at the logo. Growing up every summer my brother and I would go to Hawaii to spend a couple of weeks with my grand parents and one of the treats after going to the beach across from Waimea Falls park we would drive the couple of minutes down the road past North Shore to Haleiwa and that’s where Matsumoto’s is. Now I remember the little dark store that was kinda sticky covered in pictures, not the uber fancy tourist trap that it is today. We would sit in the bed of the truck and eat our shave ice before we went home. Matsumoto’s will always be special to me.
From Walmart more Hot Wheels!
Two more Batmobiles and I found two white Matsumoto’s Shave Ice trucks. Oh I am a happy camper having both the red and white trucks.
From Treasure Hunt. I bought these items when I found the Neptune for my Starlink set
I found Scarecrow to add to my little collection of Batman and Aquaman from this set. There was a Mr. Freeze card back but someone took the figure out and replaced it with another figure. BOOO to people who steal! This was $2
I added a Unikitty set to my Lego collection. The box is beat up but it’s still sealed and it was $4
More Oyo Padres stuff to my collection. I now have Tony Gwynn, and the Helmet Car to go along with my San Diego Padres Infied set, and Camron Maybin figure. The Helmet car was missing the figure. I think I got both for maybe $6 (Tony was $4)
Random pack of cards I found for .50 cents. I pulled a Saquon Barkley insert card so maybe I got my money back.
Alright Pixlpeeps I am off. I need to edit these pics and then go eat. Have a good week!
That’s all for now, more later!
